Everything from start to finish was made very easy for my family. Our daughters quince was an amazing experience for all of us. Thank you to all of the staff from the managers to the wait staff for making this a memorable experience. We will be back in 2 years for our youngest.

STAY AWAY!!!The ballroom is nice, big and elegant. The price is very good. And the guy at first was nice and any questions you had or request he was cool with them. That is why I decided to go with this place for my wedding. Well once you sign the contract and start making payments and ask him how you want something everything coming out of his mouth is NO!! I asked if I could see the linen, only options were white or black and he said NO. I don't understand what was so hard about showing me linen. He had told me I could use the bases he had. I counted them that day it was around 60 when the day came he only had about 30 and said that wasn't his problem. He has his office hours and when I would call him to go make a payment and it was right when he would open, since it was the only time I could go since I was working. He would tell me hahaha NO that is early. Why have office hours if your not even going to be there. He would get very loud and rude. One of the times I was showing him a picture from my phone and he pushed me away, you can imagine how mad that made my fiancé. I just grabbed my stuff and left that was two days away from my wedding. I wanted to go to the police to make a report, but then forget about him opening the venue for our day. After that my dad called him that any questions he had to call him. He made the entire planning a nightmare because he was Terrible!! And on the day of the wedding they ran out of beer, the waiters super slow, we hired some other people on our side and they were doing everything for them and to top it of he was flirting with my maid of honor and at the end of the party gave her his number.Very unprofessional and rude. I regretted sooooo much doing my wedding there. My florist, dj, cake lady they were all great. But the guy from the venue terrible!!!!

This place is hands-down one of El Paso's best kept secrets. The location is gorgeous, the management is great and inside is beautiful!! Unfortunately the location doesn't make it easy for everyone to see it from the main street so most don't know it's there. Thus, El Paso's best kept secret.

This is a beautiful venue. Definitely one of the better ones on the west side. I want to leave a great review on it, but I want people to be warned of the downfalls. If I could leave 3.5 stars, I would. Honestly, if an apology had ever been offered or the downfalls acknowledged, I probably would have rounded up instead of down.Pros: Food is very good through their caterer. Things were clean and nicely set up. Prices were reasonable.Cons: Wait staff was tolerable at best. Slow, clumsy, inattentive. When they spilled sparkling juice all over the floor and took a long time cleaning it up, it was somehow our fault.Soda fountain stopped working early in the reception, and we were left with only tea and water available. No apologies. We wanted coffee available and were told we could offer it. We purchased the large quantity suggested, along with the fancy plastic cups in which to serve it. It was never served. When I went to get some for myself and my husband I was told we were not allowed in the kitchen. When I went to leave the kitchen a waiter slammed the door into me, and I wore the little coffee I had retrieved. We purchased nice plates and napkins for the cake. Cheap styrofoam plates were used until I personally corrected the error. Napkins weren't offered until I pointed out they were needed. There were different flavors of cake available in different layers. No one was offered an option, their piece was plopped in front of them. Pieces were very small. Seconds were never available.Any left over food or cake disappeared. We didn't get it. For most people that might not be a big deal. To us, it was. I know a whole layer was left. No idea where it went. The manager is somewhat forceful with his opinions of the way things should be done. There is a reason. He doesn't want them done any other way. If you're fine with that, set up will be a breeze. If you want changes, expect resistance. In our experience, you will be told you can do pretty much whatever you want. In reality, if you hire them to do it, it will happen. If you can't or don't hire them to do it, you will waste your money - because it won't happen. If you know that going in, you'll be fine.Over all it was not all negative. I have listed pretty much everything that went wrong. This is an AMAZING building, and they have many great options available. Food really is good. A lot is included in a basic package for a good price. Just know there are limits to your options. :)

We used the hall for my niece's Quinceañera. It's a beautiful hall, very inviting and accommodating. However, the hall host was very rude, with absolutely no people skills. He began by insulting the cake personnel when they arrived to set up the cake, and proceeded to look over our shoulder and criticize our every move. One could tell that even when dealing with his staff and asking them for assistance, that they too seemed almost afraid to ask him anything. Bottom line...for the price and the huge hassle, it's NOT WORTH IT.
