Ha. Sorry franchise, sorry make. Sisbarro Mitsubshi went out of business and hasn't notified their customer base. The dealer that picked up their business was too busy to even look at the vehicle that was towed to them. I'm out 2K plus in rental fees. MITSUBSHI USA could not care less. Sisbarro hasn't bothered to take down - clean up after their dealership with their name closed, so here I am leaving compliments for them on Yelp. Sisbarro has other dealerships in the area. You're the consumer - you make decisions on where to spend your money - you figure it out.Oh, the vehicle isn't much to write home about either. This is about all the good things I have to say about Sisbarro and their ex franchise with Mitsubshi USA. Feel free to contact me - I really want to know what happened to this business.

I have a 2015 Hyundai Sonata which needed to be serviced and I also wanted to get my windows tinted. The Service Manager Chuck, and Ray who did the tint on my Sonata were a pleasure to deal with. Made me feel very welcome, and the service/tint was done in a little over an hour. Efficient service is one thing, but these guys had great attitudes and provided me with the best experience I've ever had getting service done on a vehicle. I would highly recommend these guys, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Chuck and Ray, I couldn't have asked for better treatment and I can't tell you guys enough how much I appreciative I am of the great service you all provided.

Horrible experience with all of the Sisbarro dealerships. Been looking for a vehicle and had gone to them for about a week. Spoke with not one but 6 or 7 different people either over the phone or in person. Keep saying they would find something for me and get back to me. It would never happen the day they said they would get a hold of me. When they did call and you stressed your frustration about how you are being valued for your business they just passed the blame between their own dealerships. I ended up getting a vehicle at a different dealership and just today a Sisbarro salesman (I really want to say his name here but will refrain) called and was "following up." When I told him I found something somewhere else he kept passing the blame on to me or other people that I was talking to making me feel like it was my fault that I did not find something with them. He even went as far as putting words in my mouth that I never told him like budget and even a person I did not speak with. I called him out on it. I would never recommend getting anything new or used with any of the Sisbarro dealerships.

Great Truck, worse customer service and $3,000 rip off.Found a great f350 truck with the specs i needed for $11,889 listed, when i got to the dealearship with the online offer I spoke with the Manager Angelo and was ready to make purchase and look at financing options, he told me the truck was in the shop and he would call me later with updates but still that same day we filled the purchase application and paperwork, i even came in with paystubs and other paperwork the secretary said i needed. I persistently called every other day but he would not return my calls or when he would answered he just said he return the call and that the truck was in the shop, after about 2 weeks he called and said the truck was ready, i drove in but by mistake drove by Sisbarro Truck Store (which is were I should have gone from the begining) and saw the truck parked there, i got off saw the truck and spoke to the sales man, he got me the keys to test the truck while he contacted angelo. no later than 5 minutes angelo was outside the truck and his immidiate responses was " who told you to come here?". so he asked that i test drive the truck back to Sisbarro Mitsubishi. There he informed me that again i could not take the truck home because it was late and he needed to complete paperwork. so the next day i come in accompanied by my father and as we are signing papers he informs me that the truck increase priced by $3,000.00 due to the repairs and he can't respect the initial price because the work is on the computer and he can't change it ( take it or leave it, kinda of statement). I did not mind because its work that been completed now i don't have to do, but when i asked about the documentation and paperwork for what service or parts where done he states it is late and he can't go in to the computer, i ask that he put it on the contract but he just refuses and ask that i trust him. when i get home i look in more detail at the engine bay and all the the nuts are greasy or full of dirt as it looks on a truck that has not been touch, hell the whole underbody is full of hard caked mud that took me days to wash off and filled at least two 5 gallon buckets. Needless to say i had to replace the alternator a few days later after purchase and also the FICM power module, things that would be obvious if they were working on the truck. so 5 weeks later they still are unable to give me any paperwork, I have requested this also from Derik with no avail, apparently now the computer can't remember and a "manager" can't even go to the shop to retrieve this information. Worse Service Ever. I have to get a Car for my wife next but this aint going to be the place to get it. hell other dealerships would say "i want a relashiopnship", not this one.
