Went here on Thursday Feb 7th. Called ahead to make sure they'd still be open as hours are limited. It was my first time so I wasn't sure which sausages to begin with. Personally, am a big fan of flavor and spice. So, bought a package of jalapeño cheddar, chipotle, bacon bratwurst and a smoked sausage. The jalapeño cheddar is really good just be forewarned that it is spicy jalapeño. Also, same with the chipotle sausage is not for the faint of heart. The bacon bratwurst was good, the flavor of bacon came through. The smoked sausage also had a nice smokiness to it.All said and done, can't wait to return to experience the others I didn't get to try! Most sausages are frozen and makes it easier to travel and keep longer if not ready to use.

Very clean. Friendly service. They run out of habanero queso dip pretty quick so I would call before and they're really good about holding it for you. All the sausages are delicious for a cookout.

This brick and mortar has been a staple for decades in El Paso. Family owned and operated. The only regret I have is being introduced to this Gem one year ago. No other sausage can compare for me. I have emphatically recommended this shop to anyone that will listen. Once you go, you will return. They have amazing flavors and combinations. You can easily taste the fresh ingredients. Try the GCA- green Chile asadero, bacon brat, spicy Italian, and my personal favorite Pico de Gallo. I have made these on the grill, in the oven and even as a pizza topping. Have it on a bun, have it for breakfast, or eat it alone. However you have these sausages you will not be disappointed. 110% recommend this AMAZING local business.

Located in between Chico's tacos, & Roscos Burger Inn. This Sausage shop is sandwiched creating one of the most popular legendary culinary spots for locals. I decided to give the shop a try. Upon entry we were greeted by a lady who was very helpful and delighted to give us suggestions on her favorites since it was our first time. During our visit, we had a option of various flavors, opting for the one she recommended. After deciding what we wanted, we proceeded to learning the sausages were sold in quantities of 4x4 and were frozen. I was very excited. I am a sucker for local business support and wanted to see what the little Sausage shop down the street was made of. I was surprised by the flavor of the links. Further more I would've love to find out that this place could of been dishing out food. Upon trying their product in the privacy of my home, I couldn't help to wonder"WHAT IF" they offered their cooked product at the shop...... "WHAT IF"

Ok, so got some background to this great hidden gem! It's truly a family owned business and the lady at the counter is the grandma of the family. They've been here for years and might even expand. All the links are made in house from scratch and they will even custom make you wheels (10 sausages) if you request it. They get super busy during holiday times and I can attest to that! When visiting this spot, just keep in mind the outdoor building is not too impressive and it's truly one of those places that you wouldn't think it, but it is a local secret. The flavor of their links definitely make up for whatever aesthetic appeal they may lack.I dropped by the shop yesterday to pick up some sausages and people were coming and going non-stop. I've since moved on to the jalepeño sausages, which are spicy but manageable to eat! The habanero's won, I have bowed down to them and surrendered to their spicyness! haha, I picked up some chipotles as a compromise and hopefully they don't defeat me as wellI would highly recommend all Yelpers to visit this spot if you want something different for your cook-outs!

This place has solid brats. My wife and I have come here several times and have never been disappointed. Their Habanero Sausage Queso never makes it more than a day in our house.

This place has some bomb bratwurst style sausages. My brother in law cooked up some he had bought there one nght at a cookout. He had a selection of sausages stuffed with Mexican cheeses, jalapenos, green chili and different things I can't remember right now. I stopped by two times on the way out of town to pick some up. They take cash only and it is a little hole in the wall. The sausage is very good and they load them up with whatever they have them stuffed with. I am going to stop there in the future and will update all the flavors they have on hand.

We really like the sausage but they have terrible hours. The hours are inconvenient for the customer. In addition, we have come by a couple of times but they are not open at the times that they designated as open. We come from out of town so very disappointing. :(
