Great locals spot. The German potatoes were awesome. This place is comfort food like being at your aunts house.We went at an off time -- no more dessert, no more ribs but owner was real nice.

Nice sliced beef sandwich With sweet pickle relish! Nice touch$16.50 for sandwich and drink. The sandwich was very tasty but I left hungry. For that price the sandwich should have filled me up.

This is the third time I visited and each time it's been great, the service was good the food was awesome and the drinks was top shelf, 5 star period

If you're looking for an old-fashioned mom & pop restaurant, this is the place and the ribeye's are grilled to your liking. The tea is sweet, the staff are accommodating, friendly and it's a family style restaurant. Go have a sit, enjoy the tea and good food.

Best time go is on Wednesdays during lunch for the catfish plate. It is very good. Other than that everything else is twice the price of what it should be and the BBQ is mediocre at best in comparison to the other 100+ places I've tried around the nation.

Been eating their food for 20,or more years. I really like the beans ,meat,potato salad and sandwiches. I think it's one of the best in Odessa.They have had to go up on prices since coved hit,but still the best for me

The german potato salad was amazing . They had a banana pudding that was the real deal homemade like GREAT grandma made. They also have a seasoning that is house made that is ummmmmmm-licious !!!!!!!

Only 2 places I get my BBQ, Rose's BBQ and Tall City, in Odessa Tx. Both have great BBQ and great sides and desserts, rest are hit and miss, so I stick with these 2 great BBQ places. Tried them all, I never go wrong with both places

Cowboy pie has been amazing for the last 10 years! A whole order will feed 4 people! So far, they have been the best bbq I have found!
