This is how i have to make it warm water for my sons bath. i pay almost $1600 a month to live like this.
Small example on poor management. Dog feces, bird feces, trash, etc.

Thank you Chris at the front desk for being so helpful! Made the move out process so easy! Definitely recommend for military families or members:)

This place does not enforce no-smoking in apartments and condones auto body painting in attached garages. Second hand smoke and paint fumes fill my apartment on a regular basis. I pay $1100 monthly to live in the ghetto

A great apartment complex. I always feel safe exercising around the neighborhood. The front desk is always very helpful as well. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Don't let these 3 crappy reviews deter you. This is a great area to live in, management has been great to deal with from the get go, and the apartments themselves are nice and up to date. Would definitely recommend anyone considering living here but apprehensive because the reviews to just stop by and take a look.

My husband and I are moving here in two weeks. To say the least, they have been very helpful getting us a place with our specific circumstances. However, since we cannot see our place before we move into it we have had to trust they will give us what they say. We are anxious to move in. I'm giving them two stars so far because my husband and I literally call their office every day, multiple times a day and no one EVER answers our calls. It's very frustrating because we have already signed our lease and we had a few questions after we signed and wanted to see more pictures of our place prior to move in. I even emailed our leasing agent a month ago and no one got back to me. It's so frustrating that they don't answer their phones. We hope to write a new review that is much better once we move in, but so far contacting this place has been extremely frustrating.

BEWARE MILITARY!! BEWARE RENTERS!! One star is too high! Horrible management! This place unfortunately has been run down. The leasing office is the only place they keep up to give a false impression of a maintained complex. After you get locked into a one year lease, to renew, they jump the rent to at least $200+ even by being a quiet clean tenant (MILITARY). The month to month is worse, they increased my neighbors $400 total. Deceiving management will quote you at lower prices but GOOD LUCK once your 1 year lease is up. They take advantage of the MILITARY! I am MILITARY. DANGEROUS APT COMPLEX!! There is security at night, however; you are not allowed to ask for help, they only check the pools. You have to call cops if you have issue with anything. The front gate that keeps people out has only worked probably 6 times in the entire year. Outsiders have been able to use the pools and there has been an increase in police presence to the point that they are becoming regulars.DIRTY!! The trash bins are always overflowing. Maintenance team works hard but are short staffed to the point that the cleaning lady is also doing maintenance. Dog feces even in the non-green areas (sidewalks and street) where the smell overpowers the air. Bird feces on the side of the walls and windowsills.DECEPTION!!! Pay attention to the details, plants blocking sidewalk, roof falling off, trees over growing blocking the street path. Do not just go where the poor management is trying to show you an apartment, WALK around the entire complex. Do not allow them to deceive you like we were deceived!

I contacted them trying to find an apartment to rent for my family and I. Initially they were very friendly and helpful. I decided to apply for this place. I started my entire application process after being told there was a unit available within the time frame of me moving to Texas. My application is not even complete since my husband has yet to complete his part but yet I was charged an application fee for a unit that was leased to somebody else the same day they told me to apply for it. Now I'm out of $50 because they failed to communicate with me. I definitely do not recommend this place.

if you're military, go to on post housing, cheaper and more space. this place is not baby friendly at all. my ac went out and at first I couldn't put in a work order using their app. so I had to email their office. 9 am is when my work order was made. it got to 85 degrees in the apartment before they came at 4:30. I have a 2 month old and I put it in the request to come asap because newborns cannot regulate their body temperature and can get dehydrated easily which would end in a trip to the emergency room. they came 7.5 hours after the work order was made. i'm sure someone who had a broken outlet could have waited in order to make sure my newborn was safe. Now i just woke up sweating and it is 75 degrees in my apartment. i had my AC fixed YESTERDAY. i pay about $1500 every month to live her to not have working AC and put my child at risk. do not recommend living here. update- my hot water went out and i put in a work order at 9am and didn't get fixed today. i just paid $1359 in rent and $180 for my electric bill. i should not be warming up water on the stove so my son can take a warm bath.

Save yourself time and money. It may look nice on the outside, but once you walk through buildings, dog poop and cigarettes everywhere. Make sure if you do decide to stay, take pictures of everything because they gonna make you pay for burn stoves, or some dirty marks that already there. Because if you have stuff ordered to your apartment, when it says delivered, go grab your package right away because someone going to steal it. If you move in, you better stay the entire contract if not, they going to charge you a ridiculous amount that you gonna go in debt. Once you set your foot in this apartment, you going to lose money.

They Will Not Honor Your Military Orders If You Have To Depart To Go Anywhere EARLY, As I Needed To, and Will Still Charge You For 60 Days Worth Of Rent. Two Years After Departing These Apartments I'm Still Trying To Clean This Mess Off Of My Credit With No Success But To Pay $2700 For 60 Days. Nobody Has Contacted Me/ Returned Calls In Regards To This Matter But Always Have A Response When I Dispute It.
