*Drinking game: Drink every time you read the words "fish and chips"If you know nothing else about me, you should know this...I am 80% comprised of fish and chips. Fish and chips may be my fave thing to eat in the whole entire world and that's not an exaggeration...you can take that to the bank. Seriously, if a place serves up fish and chips, I'm ordering it. Doesn't matter if they're ridiculously fancy and fish and chips is only on their menu as a joke, I'm ordering it and I won't leave until they deliver (not that I've ever seen a place have joke items on a menu...I'm just saying if someone wanted to mess with my emotions that's the way to do it and that's how serious I take my fish and chips). The only thing I've ever had at The Reef Mobile Kitchen is the fish and chips. There's a chance this isn't always on the menu and if it's not, I'm not going. Although I highly doubt fish and chips aren't always on the menu. If you want to know where they're at check out their Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/reeftruck), but it's almost always a safe bet that they'll be at Foodville. So since it's the only thing I can speak on. Scratch that. Write on. Let's delve into the fish and chips. Plump pieces of white fish, I'm guessing cod (much like my beer identifying abilities, my fish identifying abilities are almost nonexistent). Crisp, batter on the outside served along side large fries, a couple of lemon wedges, and tarter sauce. It's all really good and done in-house! You will not regret this. And the truck is easy to spot. Big blue. That's all you need to know. Check it out and definitely check out Isaac M's review for a deets on the Mojo Quesadilla that sounds ridiculously amazing. May have to order that along side some fish and chips next time. And another plus is since it's a food truck you know you're getting a meal under $10.

I've been scoping out the El Paso food truck scene for some time now and decided to give Reef a shot when it was over on my side of town. It was awesome!I had two fish tacos and the panko zucchini fries. The Unnamed fish taco was my fave. It's all about the chipotle aioli. I'm having dreams about the panko zucchini fries. Can't wait to go back!!!!

So this was my first time eating at Foodville! I was on a lunch break from jury duty so I decided to come over here and check it out. I had heard that Reef was really good so I decided to check out their menu and found it to be super interesting! I had the #1 which was the Mojo Quesadilla combo with shrimp, you can also get it with fish. It has a chipotle aoli sauce drizzled on it and the tortilla is really crunchy. There was pico de gallo in it which wasn't too bad but it was a little too much for my liking. Not the heat but the amount. The cheese was great! Super gooey and just plain amazing and the shrimp was cooked just right. The fries were pretty good too. And just the setting of sitting outdoors albeit in the sun was a wonderful experience. Really captures a downtown-esque feeling that some get from places like New York and Austin. Over all I would definitely go back and try some more of their menu and really immerse myself in food truck cuisine!
