The naked man walking thru the breezeway and I am being gentle by cropping the photo, but the tenant's were not told of this issue.

I moved in with my fiancé in January. In the first week that I stayed here, my fiancé and I were at work when maintenance came and left the back and front doors open. When we went to the office, they were rude and couldn't help us figure out what happened. Then we had a water leak in the kitchen ceiling and all they did was paint over it. Later, the tub in the second room got clogged, even though we don't use it, and water kept coming out of the drain. They took forever to come and fix it, despite us putting in multiple work orders. Two to three months ago, I was getting ready for work when maintenance came into the room unannounced while I was changing. They said that they had sent a message letting us know they were coming, but we never received a message or a text from them. When I talked to the lady at the front desk, she was rude and said that she had sent a message but couldn't send it again because the internet was down. They said that the apartment next door had a leak and they had to remove our vanity and make a hole in the bathroom. They warned that if we didn't let maintenance come in, we would be the ones paying for the damage. I was upset because they came unannounced, not because we didn't want them to fix the leak. However, they removed our vanity and made a hole in the bathroom, and we put in work orders back to back, but they never came to fix it. Now we have two holes in our main bedroom, and there's water and mold everywhere in both bathrooms and closets. They said they were coming this week to fix it, but no one came. And now the kitchen sink is also messed up, and water barely comes out from the faucet. When we mentioned that we would like to move out or transfer apartments, they said we had to pay an extra fee to transfer to another unit, and if we wanted to move out, we had to pay.

By far the worst place I have ever lived. We moved to El Paso in January of 2016 so of course it was winter. As summer approached we needed to use our a/c..... but THEY DON'T HAVE THOSE!!!! they have swamp coolers in all the units. It would be so hot in our apartment that we had to buy fans for every room. We always had to have the windows open to push out the hot air. I had to hold a fan over my newborn because she would get so overheated. They didn't inform us that our unit didn't have a/c. Also, the units are very outdated and the cheapest materials we used to make the apartments. When we moved in the place was filthy. I wiped down the counters in the kitchen and the rag came back black. Not a great first impression. The maintenance workers were the WORST! I slipped in the shower and fell THROUGH the wall under the shower head. Tiles fell in the tub and we discovered that we had some nice mold growing. What did maintenance do? Just put more tile over it. A week later I took a shower and the soap holder fell and more tiles came with it exposing more mold. Maintenance tried to just cover it up again. My shower was literally crumbling down and they were doing a horrible job "fixing" it. I had had it with their hack jobs. I asked the maintenance guy if he could test the mold to make sure it wasn't black mold, because I had a newborn and was scared. Verbatim he said to me "ma'am if I tested your apartment I'd have to test every apartment in the complex and I don't have time for that." Parking is a nightmare. If you have a normal 9-5 job good luck finding parking that's even remotely close.I'm telling you for the price you pay you can find better. I'm not kidding don't move in there. It's a waste of money and a hazard to your health.

Was v interested in leasing here, but customer service (excuse my language) really sucked. Asked for a tour of a two bedroom and attendant literally opened the door, let us look around without saying a word & walked us back to the office asking if we had any other questions. Completely useless & will be leasing elsewhere regardless of what we pay now. More training on common manners & professionalism highly recommended.

If I can give this place zero stars, I would. Once my lease was over I paid all my debt. A month later they went ahead and charged me for more things. This place will find any little thing to charge you for. I moved out of this place due to the horrible parking and swamp coolers. Not to mention cars being vandalized constantly vandalized, mine being one of them. When reporting my car being vandalized they showed little remorse. The gate they have doesn't work. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.
