Really good time at the Pizza Joint If you're into thin crust (or NY style pizza) and are in the area for a Chihuahuas game or visiting the sites, consider this place...they pizza is delicious and the experience is pretty funThe ambiance is very artsy. Plenty of painted scenes of the city and landmarks blended in with pizza themes. They also have Wi-Fi available.You will order your pizza, salad, or drinks and get a number. We ordered a simple pepperoni pizza (Liz added pineapples) and some drinks. They have Jarritos and fountain drinks. They also have local beers,...for next time.In the meantime, the kids played some of the board games they had available. Chess, connect4, jenga....they weren't busy for too long until the pizza showed up.Quick service, good NY style pizza.

The pizza is very good! We ordered a 20" pepperoni pizza and a slice of their Maui Wowee. The single slice was warm, but the whole pizza was hot, right out of the oven. The service is acceptable; not great, but not bad either. Acceptable. Note that they do NOT accept cash, and the restaurant is very small. They only have six tables, but they do have two counters available to eat at. All in all, it was pretty good. We will come back, but not too soon. Recommended. 4/5.

It's club district I get it, well I placed my order for 4 slices (me and babe). We were the last to get out food out of the entire group (8 of us) and the entire restaurant. I am not sure what happened here.... but it finally came to the table. It's thin crust, and want piping HOT! IT WORKED CONSIDERING WE WERE ON A BAR CRAWL! the inside was slightly small, very little room to move, best to take it to go! The person at the register was hard to understand but he was more interested in the people behind me than answering the questions so I know what to order. Well if you order extra toppings they will be placed on top of a cheese or pepperoni slice and warmed up...lol (photos) Guess in my group was vegan only....he ordered vegan pizza and they still put meat on it. Made him pay for a new pizza....smh! If it's busy prepare to wait and have mistakes.

Pizza review time...The Pizza Joint, DowntownBoy, was this place a vibe... I loved everything about the ambience. I walked in, and a homeless gentleman followed me in and they offered him a slice and a drink. Good people man. Good people. I ordered a cheese pie well done. I heard the guy reiterate to the pie guy to make sure it's made well done. Good mozzarella pie. Perfect amount of sauce to cheese ratio and the crust was nice and chewy. Undercarriage was iffy but the taste made up for it. He didn't close the box... veteran move? They have a bunch of different pies and this location is the one to visit if you do decide to eat some pizza joint. I can't smoke but smoke one for me Chief. I rate this pizza a 3.9 out of 10. Fine in a pinch but tastes and feels like cardboard. It's crunchy with not much cheese at all. Good sauce.

Decent pizza, but it is on the pricier side with a large pizza running you over 30 dollars. However, this rating is coming from the poor customer service I was given. I placed an order over the phone, and came to pick it up, but they denied ever getting an order from me even though I PAID through the phone. Finally, after some back and forth, they said I did pay for a pizza but they had not even started it. Mind you, this was 30 minutes after I had placed the order. They finally put the pizza in just for one of the workers to take it out with the pizza looking like it was barely cooked even though I ordered it well done. It's just so sad and disappointing considering I've ordered here before. Didn't even bother to throw in plates or Parmesan/chili pepper flakes until I asked. Would not recommend this place to anyone considering there are other pizza places with GOOD customer service.
