The Photo Element

I had a lovely experience with The Photo Element; Consuelo is professional and pleasant to work with. The lighting of the photos was right on point, which was great, and really enhanced the images. This is what makes the photos unique. Pricing was very reasonable, especially for someone on a budget. I have even passed the word on to my friends and family. I definitely recommend The Photo Element.

This past weekend was my Wedding on the 18th. I called this company on August 19, 2021 and had made a verbal agreement with them to do my photography and was told that a contract would be sent over. I also sent a deposit of $140.00 to secure the spot. The photographer keeps expressing that we do not have a signed contract but I did give you the money. Why would you assume we didn't have a contract? Well I never received that contract but assumed that since I sent the money which was half of the full charge that I had secured the Photographer. Flash forward to the wedding Day, the photographer which I paid half the verbal contract amount to never showed up. I had no photographer for my Wedding. Thank goodness for i-phones. Do not trust this photographer on her word or to follow through like I did. Assume nothing with them, only after threating to leave a bad review did she finally refund the money but not before I had to dispute it with my credit card company and after much grief of having the photographer act as thought I never sent her the deposit. She did offer to do a free photo session for me and my husband, but at this point, I have a very bad taste in my mouth for this photographer whom did not show up for my wedding. Why should I make them feel better about not showing up for what I sent you money to do? I did not expect anything for free and was going to pay the balance but I was disappointed in the end. The amount of stars should be negative or at least zero but in order to post I had to put at least one star.
