I can get right in to the grooming room as I only need to get my dog's nails trimmed. The owner is very nice and bc my chihuahua doesn't like to have his nails trimmed, I can go back!! Although he is fussy, she takes her time, talks sweetly to him and does a TREMENDOUS JOB!! I highly recommend this groomer!! She's amazing!!

I brought my dog to new groomed. The next day she was covered with scabs where they had hurt her. Not one or two but covered. I asked around they are not gentle with the pets.
