Terrible place to live would not recommend to even my worst enemy . The assistant at the front desk was terrible she was rude her name was Alexis I called 7 times no answer so then I leave my job and go to the main office and she is stuffing her face with food her and her co-workers I hope they all lose their job. The apartment itself looks nice at first but then a month after you move in everything starts falling apart they also charged a 350 redecorating fee but my apartment was completely empty what did they redecorate ? They didn't want to honor my military orders when I had PCsd never received my deposit

The apartments started out great. However, near the end of our two years living here everything went downhill. The maintenance took a minimum of one month to solve issues..even a hole in our window caused by neighbors took 9 months to fix. Upon moving out we were charged for "dust in our stove" a whopping $110 that apparently our deposit didn't cover? And on top the Patriot didn't send confirmation that we paid our move out fee to the collection company so we are STILL dealing with credit companies fixing the issue that the Patriot apartment brought upon us. It's been 10 months since we moved out and are STILL dealing with them. If you don't want to continuously deal with issues do yourself a favor and live somewhere else.

5 stars for the maintenance workers and the cleanliness of the grounds and facilities. 3 stars for the quality of the apartments. 2 stars for the friendliness and usefulness of the office staff. This is quality apartment between the low end and high end apartments in El Paso. To go nicer, you go up at least $200 dollars. Features: Plenty of parking, paid covered parking is an option. Lots are well-lit and there is very little crime/theft. Grass areas for dogs and children. Large pool and BBQ area. Downside here is the hot tub has been turned into a kids pool. Small gym (1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, 1 bike, 1 weight station, 1 bench with several free weights.)Pet friendly for a monthly charge. Cons: could be closer to malls and restaurants. Could be cleaner (apartment smelled old and smokey). Ladies in the office are unfriendly. Higher than average electric bill. Pros: fair price, clean and quiet military community, good amenities, in a quiet neighborhood, close to gas, groceries, and major highways. Good view of the mountains.

The Leasing Office and Staff are amazing, any problems I have with the apartment such as light bulbs or faucet leaks they are speedy and quick to assess and fix it. I am very impressed with the place because it is quiet, pet friendly and a lot of military. Awesome POOL, WORK OUT GYM, GRILL, PET PARK, its awesome! Our rent was pretty cheap we went through the military to get a good deal! Awesome!!!Every 1st of the month they treat all their residents with lunch plates! It's such a sweet gesture, whether it be PIZZA, Popcorn or Baking cookies they do the simplest things to make you feel at home. Also they have rental DVD's for FREE! LOL you just need to return them with in 5 days. Stephanie and Phil are my favorites! They are so friendly and are always able to grant my requests. We are in the process of moving out and we are not so sure how strict they are with cleaning the carpets but we hope that they will be just as nice. We are so sad to be moving but we know that we had a great stay here in El Paso because of them! Thank you Patriot Apartments

This place deserves an award for being the least livable complex in El Paso. Moved in, half of everything was completely broken. Shower head fell off and gave me a black eye on day 1. The singular maintenance guy is nice, but obviously doesn't have enough time to fix things when you have a giant complex with constant needs. I fixed the shower head, sink, and bathroom drawer myself. unfortunately couldn't fix the sliding closet doors that didn't have a bottom slider so they would drag slowly across the mold-littered carpet like a heavily depressed slug. I've watched not one, not two, but THREE hit and runs outside our apartment window, police couldn't do anything because surprise, a place like this doesn't have any type of security cams unless it's around their pool that is open one day every 3 weeks. Gotta make sure someone doesn't break in and use an amenity we pay an extra hundred a month for. Homeless dudes chill on your stairs, you can call the front office 5 times and they won't answer but you walk in and they're sitting right next to the phone scrolling through facebook. Just an awful, awful place. Im so sorry if you live here.

Horrible place with horrible management. Rude staff. Pricing is ridiculous for cheap apartments. Don't waste your money here.

Tried to call for pricing and trying to understand why some units are listed with washer dryer. That usually means they come with a washer dryer. But it was explained that it's just a hook up and. Once I mentioned I'm military she tried to rush me off the phone. I had many more questions but she wasn't listening and in a big hurry to hang up. Glad I called. The place looks nice but rather not pay for a place that has agents that behave like this. And after reading the reviews I'll go some where else.

Plan on moving in within the next month. So far our experience has been wonderful. After reading reviews I was a bit skeptical but I went ahead with a couple tours. And I've had great experiences with everyone so far.
