The Patio

My husband and I had been looking forward to shopping at The Patio to look for outdoor furniture for when our home renovation is complete. They open at noon, which worked for us. We made arrangements to be there late afternoon. Upon entering the store, it was extremely warm, which is understandable as the temperature outside was reaching 107 degrees. What we did not expect was the icy reception from the owner and his staff. We were never greeted the entire time we were looking at the furniture. We were there a good 10 minutes, but enough was enough. It was time to leave. We can shop elsewhere where common courtesy goes hand-in-hand with good customer service. The furniture was outrageously expensive too.I do not recommend The Patio, and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Highly recommend!!! I love the patio furniture we purchased at The Patio. if you want quality, this is the place. Jason has always been great. I could not make up my mind on fabrics/colors but he is very knowledgeable on his product. He made suggestions that helped us make our outdoor living space look beautiful. We went with Woodard brand pieces because of their durability reputation. we have owned our furniture for 9 years and it all still looks great, buy the furniture covers, definitely protects your pieces. As mediocre as it gets, really. Overpriced items in a small, cramped location with pushy sales people. I was there briefly and coudln't leave fast enough (mostly because the pushy sales guy continued to hound me). I couldn't even walk around after thanking the sales person because we were hawked and shadowed and pressured. I'd rather make my own lego furniture than come here and buy something.

I ordered a sofa and chair from The Patio. They were delivered today and they are exactly what I wanted. Not only is the furniture beautiful Jason the owner and his son delivered the furniture... and hauled away the old furniture. It doesn't get better than that ! I would recommend this place to everyone! Thanks to the Malooly family for going beyond just making a sale!

Gorgeous sturdy furniture, made in the USA You only come to a place like this if you take pride in your home. Jason is very down to earth and knows what he's doing.

My husband and I are looking for patio furniture for our new home. We looked up this name under a random google search and decided to go and visit the store. Online it said the store was open and upon arriving they were closed. I called the company number and the guy said he'll be there in about 15 minutes if we wanted to wait. So we said we'll be back later and thought nothing of it. He calls my number 4 minutes later asking if we're still waiting or if we'll be back later because he can leave at the moment if we're waiting but he "really wants to get a coffee and to be honest I was going to open up at 12." Wow!! Go ahead buddy get your coffee and open up late but don't have your business sign say that you open at a certain time and you not be there because you don't feel like it. I will definitely not be giving him my business as much as it pains to not support our local businesses.

If you are serious about patio furniture this is the place to go to in El Paso. If you are looking for cheap Chinese stuff go to TJ Max or so. I was looking for some lasting patio furniture which will survive the brutal weather here. No luck at the big box stores at all. Just junk. Jason worked with us to find the right patio set for us. The set is sturdy metal all joints are welded and powder coated in the color of our choice. Made in the USA. It took 5 weeks until we got our set but boy is that gorgeous!!Again if you want some furniture that lasts and can support 250lbs+ fellows. This is the place to go to.Highly recommend it!!
