The Paleta Bar

It was my first time coming here l and brought my mom and Aunt. Annabelle (I hope that's how her name is spelled) was super patient with us and helped us make the best selections for our taste buds. They have cream-based and water-based popsicles which aren't too sweet, so when you add sweet toppings it's a great balance. The facility itself was very clean and comfortable for us to have our popsicles. You can come here 50 times and have different combos each time. We'll definitely be back.

The food is amazing here and the man and younger girl were polite. However there was a middle ahead woman who helped my friends and I out and she had the worst attitude ever and was so rude. It makes us not want to return if we have to deal with her and her horrendous attitude. Please don't work around people if you're going to be ugly, thank you. She had no reason to act so mean, we were all polite and came in well before closing time.

This place has wonderful costumer service and a huge variety of paletas. On our first visit they suggested their favorite flavor combos from the unique menu and then they were very patient with my children deciding their flavors even though they had many customers. We ended up with some kid-crazy combos (lime with white chocolate and fruity pebbles for example). The strawberry with chocolate drizzle and chocolate pebbles was my favorite! They do not have seating set up on the inside or outside currently so all orders are to go. This is a must try in Las Cruces!

Hot damn.Cold damn?I turned into an 8 year old here.Ice cream is my fav dessert. Here, they turn that into next level fun.I told the server I was leaning towards one of three paletas, and she said "coconut is one of my two favs." I love when servers recommend with confidence and I asked for, and took, her recommendations for toppings.My order, which I am sitting here craving right now:Coconut paleta, half dip in dark chocolate, with cocoa pebblesSo. Fing. Good. Dammit.Creamy, sweet, crunchy and just a little salty.Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.I don't know if it's awful or good that I live in El Paso and can't come here every day!!!

I had never had a paleta/ice pop before but young lady at the front counter was so friendly and went above and beyond explaining the whole menu and options for me. I settled for the lime ice pop with tajin seasoning and chamoy sauce. I also included fresh strawberries and watermelon and an add on. It was a tasty and refreshing treat on a warm day. Also plenty of seating inside.

I had seen this place a bunch of times and while my husband said he wasn't impressed, I had to try it for myself. I really wanted to get their hazelnut paleta with Nutella and was disappointed when I found out they were out of Nutella. So I just got the hazelnut paleta with full dip of milk chocolate with strawberries drizzled in milk chocolate. The chocolate quality was good but the Paleta wasn't as delightful as I expected it to be. It was okay, lacking some flavor and tasting more like what I assume is the base, cream/milk. The strawberries were fresh. The price excellent though, I was very surprised when I paid about $4.97 for what I had ordered. All this being said, my 2yr old loved it and enjoyed every bite. He also ate all my strawberries

Great desserts!Custom make your ice cream on a stick with lots of toppings to choose from. The sixes of these paletas are Meaty and Worth their Cost. I'll definitely return

Fabulous , a unique New Mexican treat! Ice cream on popsicle sticks? BRILLIANT! Add to that dipped options & TONS of topping choices , this place is a must have and fun for the whole family. We always bring out of town guests here in addition to going ourselves in-between visits from relatives.

Good selection of paleta bar flavors and toppings along with dairy free items. Nachos and elite pretty good. Fruit for the frescas and toppings are all fresh too. The price is a little expensive but worth the choice and quality. Ambiance is very hip and youthful. Service has always been friendly and patient.
