You have to kind of respect someone who walks off the job. Too bad these guys didn't actually tell us they were doing so when they did. DO NOT USE THEM.When they arrived over two hours late for a 9 AM job, we were nice about it. I get that stuff happens. Started by introducing myself as the homeowner and was blown off. Was my skirt too short? Am I too old? Or maybe we just have a problem with women, especially women in relationships with other women?Requested the crew leader to please wear his mask. He said he was drinking but didn't have a drink in his hand and stared me down, then did the mask with nose exposed thing. Wow we are off to an amazing start, and it's only 11:15 AM. Oh boy.Moving forward, I call them into a huddle, and make it clear that we are much less concerned with how long the job takes and more concerned with making sure our stuff is taken care of. We are moving over 2000 miles away and have a UPack trailer. "Oh yes ma'am!" the one who actually acknowledged my presence and wore his mask said. The crew leader refused to be part of this discussion. I take him aside and say the same thing. He yessed me as well, and I turned my head to see some of my lightest boxes with the most fragile contents being BANGED DOWN MY CEMENT STEPS on a dolly. Uhhh... wait a minute.I asked if they have a ramp for the dolly for the three cement steps. "No ma'am! This is the why we have the dolly!" Uhhh, buddies, I'm an IATSE stagehand and I know garble speak from grunts when I hear it. They keep rushing around, creating their toxic chaos.I find a piece of wood and put it down on my three cement steps, asking if this will do for their dolly. The crew leader flips out and says no, and no, they will not be using any ramps. I asked him if he could carry the boxes down the three steps instead, so they don't get banged around. And they walked off the job. I called Leo their boss to find out what was going on, because they had said "we need to call our boss about the ramp" and then just disappeared. Leo had backed them up on their refusal to use the dolly correctly and handle my stuff with care. So, the moral of the story is don't use this company. Their replacement is on the way. Hopefully they can treat me with some respect. They were going to get an excellent tip. Pictured: the crew leader talking to my partner about paperwork, after being asked twice to wear his mask.

Nope nope nope. No stars.I received a call 6 minutes before designated schedule to inform me his crew was about 35-45 minutes late. Completely unprofessional. Was told there would be no way I could find another company at the scheduled time even if I did receive an earlier call. He, the guy from MOEP did not give his name, was wrong. Super Movers crew was there within 10 minutes and handle the job in a timely and professional manner at $20 more. You get what you pay for!!!

They were fast but damaged my furniture. They had 3 people as a team...I would have hoped they'd do better.

Cody and Steven did an excellent job moving us. They allowed us to change the arranged time from 9 to 1 no questions asked on the day of. They loaded everything up with care and didn't complain once about the 100+ degree heat, the second trip they had to take, or how the job turned from 2 hours to 5. Excellent job, would recommend and use again.

I just wanted to say this is the BEST moving company in my opinion. They showed up on time and briefly listened to my expectations. And my needs to get to certain items in storage. I needed a 22 ft truck to be off loaded to an indoor storage unit. I came from out of town and had it packed by a different company. The movers crew carefully untied the mess that the previous company did. They helped me find all the damaged items. They were a great crew. Very fast! Very careful! And just very caring for my needs. I'm very satisfied and will use them again when I move out! Thank you guys!! I'll post a picture of their great pack soon.

I made an appointment with these guys and they failed to show or call. When they did call back an hour and a half later, the gentlemen told me the crew was supposed to have already been here and that he would check on them. When I said I felt it was unprofessional not to call, he said it wasn't worth it and declined to keep the appointment. Would not recommend for any service.Update:Received threatening text from company after posting this review stating "You reap what you sow." Stay away folks.

I will NEVER use them again. This was the first time. Contracted them to move 5 items. They broke a table which they said was broken from the location I had them pick up. I asked for a credit which they refused. They damaged a wall taking a dresser upstairs and did not tell me. I noticed it later in the day. When they left, the same heavyset guy who charged me and didn't want to give me a credit left my gate open. He lost the tip for his crew.Do not be swayed by the price...

This has to be the worst moving company. The experience I had with this company was horrible because the movers had bad work ethic, also didn't put pads on the certain piece of furniture, they walk all over the couch where it left strains, they took unnecessarily breaks basically running down the clock so they can get paid more, then they were in a rush to leave so they throw containers on boxes where it damage some of my fragile items

These guys were great!. Unlike any other movers that get paid by the hour and drag it out as much as possible, they worked rapidly and got me moved quickly. Highly recommend!!!

Movers were late 40 mins, and blamed on me for not finding the address. Movers took a long time to take some furniture apart. And that was just 2 beds (one with metal frame), and and 3 tables. Movers took a long time to unload at destination. Movers scratched my office chair and a few other items. Movers (all 3) at one point were putting my bed frame together. (What a waste of time). Movers went over 1 hour and 30 mins, and the boss (Leo), charged me for 2 hours of work.At the end of the day, I paid the amount I was invoiced for because I am not a crook, and Leo cannot say the opposite . Also, when Leo responds back, he will mention God (not only for this comment but for all other bad ones as well), but God knows who is the villain on this story....God bless the people who move with The Movers of El Paso.
