This is a poorly run business and completely unreliable. It takes three days of waiting for a call back to even get an appointment. The main number is never answered, you just get voice mail. We came in for a 12:30 appointment and told a stylist (since there is no receptionist) that we were here for a cut with Felicia. That stylist just said "ok" and then disappeared. We waited 30 minutes with a restless 4 yr old for Felicia to appear but no one ever spoke again to us and Felicia didn't even show up. So we left. I recommend against this place for anyone who expects timely or reliable service.The response time of "one hour" listed on their page here is an outright lie. I suggest the owner get some small business training.

Had both a balayage and haircut done by Genevieve and she is amazing! Would definitely reccomend her if you need any sort of hair dyeing.

I got my hair done by Sayde and I loved it. She was super sweet and talked to me about my color and what I wanted. She also showed me how much she was gonna cut before cutting which was great cause I wanted more off! The color came out great! I got what I wanted for sure and the price was super fair! I highly recommend coming here. My hair is also naturally curly hair so I get doubtful about my hairs dressers ability. I did have to waIt about 15 min after my appointment time but other than that it was great service

My daughter is over the moon. She keeps saying, "Mom, I'm so happy!". Jen did her back to school cut with bangs. She did such a great job and was so sweet to myself and my daughter. The studio is so pretty, lots of comfy chairs for waiting. Only $16 for a kids cut! Thank you and we'll definitely be back Jen!

I am not one to write negative reviews but I have to share my experience here. Back in September I made an appointment with Sydney to get some balayage touched up that I had previously gotten done at a salon in CA in April. I loved the very subtle, natural icy balayage I had gotten and wanted to just basically touch up those strands as they had grown out. Sydney was nice and I showed her a picture to explain I wanted the icy, almost gray/silver that I had. I trusted her and as she was doing my hair I thought she was bleaching waaay too much, but trusted that she knew what she was doing. She only let my hair process with the bleach for at most 25 minutes, where at the salon I went to previously I sat under the dryer processing for an hour. She bleached the whole underside of my hair, and huge chunks throughout. I immediately got in my car and cried. Different parts were almost white, and other parts were literally orange and bright brassy yellow. I freaking hated it. I immediately called the salon back later that day and I expressed that I hated it and just wanted to go back to my original brunette, and she said yes and dyed my whole head with a permanent dye that was 3x darker than my natural hair. And I was kind of shocked that she made me pay for that too, after being so upset with the blonde. I am still in the process of growing this out, and I am so bummed out about this. I will never come back here, my hair has thinned out so much and is soooo freaking damaged even after cutting a lot of it off. :(

I was referred to this salon by a friend. The salon is clean, aesthetically pleasing and easy to get in and out of. I needed a good haircut and I found one with Valerie. It's tough to find good work in this town, so when you do, you stay loyal. I've already booked another appointment. Thank you for getting me in quickly, being in time and giving me a good haircut!

Had my eyebrows waxed here about year or two ago the waxing was done incorrectly and unprofessionally the worker was distracted the whole time I was there when waxing there was parts of my skin that was taken off deep enough to leave scarring, the manager responded to me with this "Kayla, we do apprize for a happy environment were we enjoy everyone. I understand that can be difficult for some. As for the wax we use is a Paraffin wax which is gentle on the skin dont understand why it rip skin and scar?" I'm not sure why the wax would cause scaring although I think it may have something to do with distracted workers or workers not being trained properly. I wish the response was written competently and correctly so that I could understand what was being said. Don't get your eyebrows waxed here enough said

Val cuts my hair and does a fantastic job. Everyone there is very welcoming! I highly recommend Mint Hair Studio.

Messed the hair. The stylist cut one side way too short compared to the other side, even though we spoke clearly & showed a picture. After making the mistake, I asked the right side made too short, and she replied "well, I can't make it longer now", (HUH?) then to 'even' it, had to chop of the left side too, the shape was ruined. Worst part was, didn't seem accountable or apologetic, which is unprofessional.

A very relaxing place to hang out. Tastefully decorated. Gen takes her time in doing my hair. She's really good at perms, trims and coloring.
