I think the Mint Chip stays open longer than most of the businesses in downtown Silver City, so it was the perfect place to walk to from our hotel before bed. My family loved their ice creams and I tried to rhubarb & cream popcicle. It was sweet and sour and such a fun flavor. The Hub is a lovely place to hang out after dark, and the service at The Mint Chip is top notch.
