Although Elia's assistant is responsive, they are not reliable or trustworthy. They make promises they can't keep. Their stall tactics are excellent! I have yet to actually speak to Elia in reference to an on going case.

Very unhappy with her services. Been dealing with her for a year and she doesn't return my calls or my messages. She stated she was working on my tickets and yet when I called the offices of horizon where I have my tickets, they stated they never had anyone work on them or file for them. I lost a year of my life and time waiting on something that was never done. Yet she took my payments and my money.
