When we first go there, the staff was very friendly and quick. We started off wish a fried calamari and a delicious green chile potato cream soup. Absolutely amazing. For the main course I ordered the chicken parmigiana and build your own pasta. The chicken was lightly breaded and very juicy. The build your own pasta Green chile Alfredo sauce was delicious. Overall the setting was very homey and cozy. They do offer outside seating. I will definitely come back to try something different.

Usually when we come here to eat the food is delicious & the service is good. Tonight my plate arrived and it was cold. The waitress never came back to check on us once. I had to ask for a box to take the food home and heat it up. My daughter's plate was like warm as well. This place has a cute vibe but tonight the people at the table next to us talked so loudly during our entire dinner that we could not even hear each other to hold a conversation. We were very dissatisfied tonight with this restaurant.

The one on the west side has been the best experience for me. The food is phenomenal! From the soup to the salad to the pasta to the dessert. I am hooked.Service was great even though it was packed.Ambience was so cozy and nice.Highly recommend this location for really great Italian food!

This place was recommended, and I know why, cozy place, the Food during lunch was very good, service was excellent Segunda visita fue una decepción! The second time was horrible my salad was mixed with OLD dry lettuce, the bread was super soggy and the waiter was slow, NOT coming for a third time

The food and service. I went for the first time 3 years ago, it was fenomenal. Then i.went a year later food was not good. Went yesterday, contemplated taking my leftovers left them. It was bad, everytime I tried to eat my pasta it would fall apart. Over cooked or microwaved, and served from frozen? Not sure. Then it took almost an hour to.grill the chicken. The wine selection was okay, but the food was not good anymore. Last time i go. I did pay my meal and left quitely.

So yes I am a good Italian home cook, but sometimes I don't have the time to chop, grate, shred, simmer and bake to get great taste. Tonight I ordered delivery from The Italian Kitchen West. I have enough food for about four more meals! What I was impressed with is that they must have read my mind and that I was going to divy it up between several meals so they gave me enough toasted and buttered Italian bread to go with the soup, the lasagna for two meals, the salad and the calamari!So the tiramisu- that did not stand a chance- it is gone!The food was good, very tasty but perfectly seasoned and arrived hot! I had a third of the lasagna and it was so good.

Beware when dining here. The cook does not wear a hair net and has extremely curly and thick hair. I had 2 hairs in my dinner dish that I ordered and could not eat. Just be aware.....

This review is specific to GrubHub order - consisting of one order or ravioli with a side salad as well as a cáptese. The order was over an hour delayed, as the restaurant did not begin the order until the driver arrived at the restaurant. I understand the restaurant can be busy, we have dined here in person as well, but I don't think offering a service they cannot accurately deliver on.

Neighborhood eatery , difficult to get to without Thorn bridge. Very nice staff , great green chile Lasagna. Nice atmosphere. Tour of Italy could be served on bigger plate to distinguish each plate taste and presentation.

Visiting from out of town on New Year's Eve and experienced..either the cook or manager cuss out a customer next to us. We had kids at our table too, and the employee was yelling at the customer to leave. Very uncomfortable. The customers had just not been served well, not good at practices. Won't visit again!
