The Emporium has some adventurous flavors.A scoop of Hatch Chili Chocolate -- a good dose of heat in that scoop -- on top of Blueberry.that was potent. Mmm.

When I go to a new town/city I'm always looking for ice cream because after all we all want dessert. At least I do. They had tons of great homemade options. You could get in a cup or various cone options. They let you taste different flavors too. Their flavors were typical and unique. I know they had drink options but I didn't get that.Great fresh flavors. I had the purple one, can't remember what it was but it was really good. I also had a scoop of sunflower butter. So good and so many other options. Great seating and other gift type items for sale.Located downtown Silver City. Staff and service members were great.

Though expensive ice cream it was a very cool experience especially when the lil robot with jubilant sounds brought an order to a very happy lil girl.. welcome the "Jetsons" merged with a blast from the past decor...

A very unique experience - the ice cream is super unique. They let you sample the flavors with these cute tiny little spoons. There are some fascinating flavors I have never seen before, but they are very good. Luckily they also had the classic flavors that I love - I don't like to be too adventurous in my ice cream choices.Fairly reasonable prices - and a punch card that gives you a free ice cream at some point. The shop is quaint with games and random items for purchase.I highly recommend stopping by for your sweet tooth - it will be quenched.

Walked in at 740 and placed my order for a sundae. After paying I was told that I couldn't eat inside. Was told that they close at 8 and if they let people coming in at 740 they wouldn't be able to close by 8. Ended up sitting on the curb eating my sundae. Figured it would melt if I waited until I walked back to the hotel. I think the young ladies working there just wanted to get off work asap.

While the ice cream is a little expensive (nearly $8 for two small(er) scoops), it was worth eeevery penny. Each of their 36 flavors are homemade and the texture is sooo creamy. I was pleasantly surprised by the blackberry lavender flavor. The goth-style young man who scooped my ice cream couldn't have been nicer.

Excellent homemade ice cream and the place has great ambiance as well as Air Conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter. The owner is a lovely person and his staff are always cheerful and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

The most important thing I can say here, is that the ice cream is REALLY GOOD! I had a scoop of the chai tea flavor and that paired wonderfully with my second scoop which was a lavender, honey and I think Blue berry flavor. We sat enjoying our ice creams remarking on all the little details in the shop. I loved the comfort old timey booths, and the beautiful historic building, but my favorite thing was the spoons that changed colors when they touched the cold ice cream. Nice to be able to enjoy some simple pleasures in this clean, friendly shop. Definitely five stars for this one.

Great fresh artisan ice cream in a variety of standard and creative flavors. Huge portions! A fun shop and open daily from. 1 to 7 so a reliable source of cool pleasure. Worth the stop!
