Greeted warmly right when we stepped in.Visiting Karcher Caverns and told on our way home to Tucson, I 10 was closed to an accident. So we made a detour to Benson for an early dinner and let traffic clear. I'm so glad we did. Carrie (?) Our waitress was so helpful in what we ordered. My husband had a Rueban, brother a burger, sister a Cobb salad and I had the pork chops. The Rueban was the best I have ever had, yes my husband and I shared meals. Pork chops were perfectly cooked.What a pleasant cafe. Good food, great staff and pleasant ambience. We will be back when passing through.

My friend was hungry so we stopped here on our way back to Sierra Vista. I had never been here because I thought it was only a breakfast and lunch spot. I was surprised to see it open at 5:30pm on a Sunday.The place was busy as the Super Bowl was on all the TVs. The Eagles were clobbering the KC Chiefs 7-0. The loud tvs made it very loud. The noise was the only nwgative thing.Our server, Maggie, explained to us that the restaurant has a new owner (for about two years now) and he expanded the hours through dinner. This was a nice move as there isnt much else open in town on a Sunday night.I had a Honey Mustard chicken sandwich with fries and my friend had the Philly Steak and cheese. We both loved our sandwiches. The sauce with the spinach was perfect. The brioche bun the right style bread. We only had water as we had had beer earlier in Tucson. I will be back! When we left the Eagles were ahead 24-0.

I ordered the Cowboy Burger & fries. It was suppose to consist of Thousand Island, Swiss Cheese & grilled onions.Their burgers are 1/2 lb so I figured the waitress should have asked how I wanted it done, but she didn't. When it arrived I was glad that I asked for extra dressing as I couldn't find any dressing on the actual burger. Also the onions were not grilled, but raw. The burger was cooked thru with no red, but was kind of dry & tasteless.As it was pretty busy in there I did not say anything. The fries are the seasoned extra crispy ones (kind of like Burger King) & were good.The waitress never came back to ask if everything was ok?

It's a very comfortable, homey diner that served up an outstanding breakfast for my wife and I. The (loaded) biscuits and gravy were some of the best I've had. The service was excellent. We'll definitely be back!

Went on a breakfast date with my husband, wanted to try this little cute restaurant The Horseshoe, I kept passing every time I went to Benson. The service was wonderful and fast and the restaurant is very clean and so cute. The food was delicious! I highly recommend. Will not disappoint. They are so friendly

DH and I were hitting the road and heading home and thought to stop in to fuel up on some food before a long drive. We were asked to wait and may have been forgotten but for a large party that came in after us. I had a chopped steak and eggs and DH had the housemade corned beef hash. The coffee was strong enough to grow hair on a baby's chest so it would certainly get you through any morning challenge. The over medium eggs were perfect. And although the grill marks were beautiful, the chopped steak was overcooked with strong char. Our server was a delight and never seemed to tire of refilling DH's coffee. Nice place with a well deserved reputation. Visit when you're in the area.

This American Dinner, is awesome!This was the fish sandwich with a toasted Brioche bun, with The Horseshoe branding on the top bun.

Amazing service. Amazing food and excellent prices. Even have lighter fare (yogurt and granola), avocado toast, classic dinner breakfast choices. I had the garden omelette. Fresh veggies, mushrooms and cheese. Potato's were good, but a bit cold. Homemade apple butter. Yum!! Service was excellent. Clean. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Yelp don't lie! Saw the reviews for this place a while back and looked for an excuse to check it out. Was not disappointed. I'm a self proclaimed biscuit and gravy expert and boy howdy do they have some good ones here! Got the loaded up version with 2 over easy eggs. Had to take some of it home cuz this big boy couldn't eat all of them. That doesn't happen very often. The waitress & service was top notch too! Get ya some and Yelp on!

Great small town breakfast. Nothing fancy. Very good value and friendly people! Easy parking.
