Do NOT rent this place. Horrible customer service!! A/C was out the entire time. The venue was held mid July, hottest time in LC. No effort was made to remediate the situation. We were not allowed to leave the door open even though it was 84 degrees inside the venue. I will NEVER use this location again!!

We booked the Grapevine because it is a large grassy outdoor venue. However, I wish that we had booked a golf course or a vineyard or anywhere else instead. They are completely unprofessional, their DJ is incompetent, and we found out on our wedding day that they are staffed by kids! These random kids were running around playing soccer, skateboarding, dancing with us, they ate our food and our cake. Most of our guests didn't get cake as these kids were in charge of handing it out. They have an in-house DJ that you have to use unless you book a band. Their DJ is incompetent. He messed up my Bridal Processional, even though we gave him really clear instructions. He mispronounced our last name when we had our grand entrance. He was a horrible master of ceremonies because he lacked any enthusiasm and was terrible at directing the flow of the wedding. He spoke softly, you could barely hear him, and nobody knew what was going on. It was disorganized. He played sad love songs which are inappropriate for a wedding. He played my requested list of music when we were taking formal photos with our photographer and we were unable to dance to any of it. Everything we had discussed with the owner Cindy the week before didn't happen. I requested a plain white cake and was surprised to see a thick band of ribbon on it. They dismantled one of my centerpieces so that they could decorate it with flowers, even though we provided flowers for it. We asked for open bar during cocktail hour, but because we didn't ask their bartender (who was late) there was no open bar. Beer was double the amount we were quoted. There was no wine, even though we asked for wine. There was no champagne either. We confronted Cindy the venue owner and she was mean and unprofessional. She snapped at me, yelled, smirked, took no responsibility and blamed US for their DJ's incompetence and their bartender. AND the DJ, the owner and the kid staff were dressed very casually in jeans and t-shirts. The outdoor bathrooms are dingy and disgusting. If you're planning a lovely elegant wedding, this is not the place. The chairs are plastic, the silverware and plates are plastic. To get real silverware it is an extra charge per person and the glass plates still look like they're plastic. There is an extra charge for linens, linen napkins, aisle runner, bridal room, projector, lighted canopy (one strand of lights is broken), tiki torches. It seems like the owners were trying to make the most amount of profit while exerting no effort or care for their customers. Please stay far far away. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the food is yummy. Unfortunately we were served small portions, I guess so that all the hired wedding crashers could eat. You only get one wedding, and ours was heartbreakingly disappointing because we booked the Grapevine. I will forever regret having my wedding there.

In August of 2013, my daughter had her wedding reception here. The woman who owned it did the following things: she waited until the last week to tell me I had to pay cash, she promised white table cloths and instead had black table cloths, she had no ice available for drinks IN AUGUST, she said she would have food for 150 people and had food for 50(which was probably good because it didn't tast anything like what we had eaten when we chose the menu), she said she would be there and was not, she said we could pick up our decorations anytime in the two days after the wedding and the whole facility was closed for two weeks so she kept them, she made the ugliest cake I ever saw..., do you really need to know more?
