The Get Go

Each time we're in Marfa we stop in this great little market for whatever food needs we have.They carry items you'd expect to find at larger markets like Whole Foods. Instead, shopping here is clearly supporting local.Organic and vegan selections available as well.Small store with a larger selection than you'd think they would have.Super clean.Nice staff.

Adorable grocery store with lots of food, wine and health/beauty items that you would find at Whole Foods. There are lots of grab and go items - cold Topo Chicos, wine , charcuterie, chips and more.

This grocery store in town is the cutest. It's got most of the basics and essential groceries to make a nice steak with cheesey spinach or brussels or potatoes and greens. Great selection of cheeses and meats for a charcuterie board. It's just such a quaint shop. They even have cheesecakes for a celebration!! Jaylia who works at the shop was soooo pleasant and simply the best. She is friendly and super helpful. If you stop in say hi to her! :) Gem in Marfa XO

Great little spot for some quick groceries and snacks. Stopped in to grab some Big Bend Coffee to take home with us.

Two stars for the service. I thought the cashier was a little too rude. Killing the vibe. I didn't even explore the store and spend more money here cuz he just looked like he didn't want us here or he just want us to go. Veggie Sandwiches we got were bomb and I'd recommend the sandwiches but staff needs to fix their attitude.

Really great little grocery store with speciality products that are hard to find in West Texas. Will definitely come back when I'm in this area again.

New owners!!! I can back after many years and it's so much nicer. Vibe is still a little meh sometimes.

Hmm, there seems to be lots of bad reviews here based on service. The woman working the counter was nice enough when I was paying but she appeared to be the only employee and it was a Saturday afternoon so it was busy and she had to make sure there were only five customers in the shop at a time due to operating at 25% capacity during the pandemic. I saw her chase a man out of the store, haha. So maybe let's just give them a break since this is a weird time. This was my first time at The Get Go even though I have been to Marfa several times, but I just hadn't managed to mosey on over before. I didn't need anything but there were so many cool items that I ended up making a purchase. Nice selection of wine. They even had Veuve Clicquot in case you're feeling fancy. Conveniently located on a corner so you can cross the street to other businesses such as The Marfa Store, Marfa Brand Soap, and Do Your Thing Coffee. Oh yeah, another reviewer from a couple of years ago said you won't find regular brands like Lay's and Haribo - not true! They had a variety of Haribo candies by the counter. Maybe it was in response to that review, haha!

Poorly run. Asked about the deli and had a poor response yet they offered it still. Getting married today and needed some sides. Very disappointing

Just love this little grocery store. Great place to pick up some snacks while staying in Marfa. Or perhaps even making a whole meal if needed. Great stop.
