I was under the impression from the salesman, and he was a pure salesman, was that with the $135 delivery fee, they would set up the bed I bought. They told me they would set up and remove all trash. Instead, they left the mattress and box springs on the floor, AND left all the trash. Hucksters at best...

Great place to get brand furniture at a lower price. Pablo was super professional, hard working, and courteous. Please go see him if you want great customer service. Super military friendly!!

this store is deceptive. they do not tell you the important issues with your purchase. we got stuck with a purchase of a bedroom set that they made us wait six months for and would not allow us to cancel it. i would not buy anything from them if i were you.

John Bridges absolutely took care of us!! We were intentionally being super picky and he found us exactly what we were looking for! We had a very pleasurable experience and never felt pressured. Highly recommend him!!

the worse mistake of my life was purchasing furniture here at this place. I ordered a bedroom set, a sectional and a dinning table. I purchased this in June. All I have recieved was my mattress and that's because I called and complained. And I had to pick it up when I paid extra money for delivery. They keep telling me all my furniture is getting pushed back to a later date. The end of august now. They changed my bedroom set and dinning table to a different style claiming it would arrive faster. Wouldn't recommend buying anything here. Super unprofessional. Giving one star because I have no other choice

Do not go in this store ,I order sets of bed and entertainment center they said they will deliver 3 to 4 weeks we keep calling because they don't even bother to call us 3 weeks past when we called they said the items finally arrived and and they still waiting for a few pieces and they will deliver by Friday ,Friday past no call from them so we called Saturday and they said still waiting for the items then again we wait by Monday and called them because they don't even to bother calling us so I'm so fed up and told them I want my money back the lady manager is so fiesty told me she don't care I told her I'm going to the police and she said she don't care ,please do not attemp toco,e in this store their items is to expensive and some employee was mean. I appreciate the staff wearing mask and taking everyone temperatures. However we purchased our bedroom set on November 7th we were told it would take a week to receive our furniture. We returned to the store on November 22 and was told the truck broke down and it would be another week. Today is December 11th we returned to the store to be told that the truck just arrived today, how convenient. The young lady seemed to have an attitude because we were dissatisfied with the process. There were no calls informing us of the whereabouts of our purchase. We will never purchase from this company again and strongly do not recommend use of this business.

Pablo did an outstanding job of making sure that I left the store knowing that I got my moneys worth for the bed that I purchased. He went out of his way to make sure that I took the bed that I wanted. Also, that the bed got delivered and assembled on the day that I needed it. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
