Needed suit for a last minute occasion and used this business. I was helped get a outfit fitted and ready in the 2 days requested. I would recommend going before school lets out, and avoid the weekends.Both times get packed, and wait can be long. Went before 3PM to pick up and was in and out. Went to get measured at 5 and was packed for 2 hours. But it's a popular place, which is a good thing and a testament to their professionalism.

Very rude an insignificant treatment, almost as if they were doing us a favor. Only came here because the 15 era chose this place but not coming back if I had to choose.

Nice clothing however the pros do not outweigh the cons. I was part of two weddings and rented from this location and The Tux Shop and Botique. Both locations were completely different in terms of comfort, time and price. Elegant Penguin was almost twice the price for basically the same outfit. What's upsetting is that this place took over an hour for both visits and seating was awkward and uncomfortable. The Tux Shop was much quicker and had an extra day to return the tux and had couches and a tv for waiting. The customer service was equal at both locations. I recommend the Tux Shop and Botique it's cheaper and much much quicker. Dass Itttt

I went to Elegant Penguin and I am highly dissatisfied with the incompetence of the staff and the absurd quality of their garments. I received my product and when taken out of the wrapping it was extremely wrinkled. I am disappointed that i am expected to iron when I pay for a pressed and pleated suit. -5 Stars.

Had to come last minute to get a whole suit picked out, they were very 1:1 and worked around my wants. very amazing staff and place all around !

If you're a new customer, be patient. The three times we went in, it was real busy. The gentlemen working with us were extremely professional and sized up my son perfectly. At no time were they rude, direct yes but not rude. They're human too and doing their best; I'm thankful.

Inexpensive and fast service. My family has been going here for years and my husband even went here to get his tuxedo when we went to prom! Has a great selection as well
