I'm fairly new to this BYOB thing in an eatery because usually I just go to the restaurant bar and only drink. Food at a restaurant just leads to too many questions and how do you like it cooked, etc. I don't have TIME for that! I have Epsom salt in a hot foot bath that rapidly cooling at home. But I see that this Copper Pig has a BYOB as a "standard operating procedure" (which should have and acronym by now, it's the 20th century for h*ck sake!) and, like you, I see this means I can pretty much have a nice night out and only pay store prices as I won't be eating.Keep in mind that the Pig is a dimly lit and a quiet, upscale establishment so that when you open the front door, guests are briefly blinded by the incoming sunset. It can be a bit shocking but when you add to it the clamor of dragging in a sloshing Igloo roller-cooler packed to the stained hatch with my evenings supplies, it makes all these lookie-loo customers seem downright rude!I booked a four-top even though it was only me because when I 'B' my own 'B,' I am gonna make the most of the space and spread out.On nights like tonight, I like to treat myself to frozen Pomegranate/Dragon Fruit Daiquiris with Cool Whip. So it requires a Vitamix, crushed ice pail, a peeling/plucking station and an extension cord since my booth didn't have electric outlets on the tabletop which is probably against health code violations.Well, it turns out this "la-tee-da" fancy-pants restaurant refuses to provide patrons with blenders and carving knifes and power strips and drinking helmets with two mugs, one on each side of the head with two straws and a Montreal Expos decal, et al.Long story short, I ended up having to leave and drag my whole load of gear 4 blocks home on foot, IV roller and all since I was too afraid to drive home sober.PS. Listen to all the reviews that say "Make Sure To Get A Reservation" because I have reserved EVERY SINGLE TABLE for the next 5 years and now I am scalping the tickets! *******BYOB means I dont have to drink in the alley behind mornings or in tintown

The pig resides in Warren an outlying community that is part of Bisbee AZ. Very unusually they are closed Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays so they're only open four days a week and tough to get into. I wangled a reservation for one for a Sunday evening. The chicken scallopini was recommended an excellent, a little side dish of broccoli, carrots and mushrooms complemented the excellent entrée well chicken was tender and flavorful and came on a bed of homemade spaghetti. Note, the desserts at the pig look excellent including a chocolate soufflé, but I was too full to partake. This is a very well run restaurant. Make sure to get reservations in advance if you want to get in.

Wow, not even sure how to start this review this place was so amazing. If you like Cafe Roka- then you'll like Copper Pig! My family all lives out of town and we came here with our family friends per their recommendation and wow we LOVED IT. It is BYOB- bring your own beer (or wine) A short distance away, Bisbee has great selections of wine to pickup on your way here. This restaurant sits in Warren.Portion size was amazing! Everything the table had was delicious. They do start the table with bread and butter. We also tried some appetizers - the soup starter and the salad starter which were delicious. The ambiance is just on point. If you're looking for a romantic evening with your significant other or looking for a lovely evening with friends and family this is the place! The ambiance is definitely more relaxed, romantic vibes- definitely more on the fine dining side I would say!Service was equally amazing, this server specifically remembered our family friend's names (they have been there before) but I think that is just so nice and says a lot about a server. Courses were severed in a reasonable timely fashion one after another with some time in between. It was timed absolutely perfectly. We also had a large group of 8, which they accommodated. I HIGHLY recommend putting in a reservation. They're open only specific days and hours and this is not a big restaurant, so I highly recommend putting in reservations ahead of time! All around 10/10 highly recommend the Copper Pig! Make sure you try their Blueberry Dessert!!

The food is fantastic and the ambience is so quaint with only 9 tables. It's BYOB and we love the fact that we could bring our own wine and they didn't charge a cork fee but provided excellent service. We live in Phoenix, otherwise we would be eating here once a week.
