I had high hopes for this laundromat and was excited to have one near my apartment, (this location used to be Bronx Deli) but this place was a huge letdown. I figured that with "The Cleaners" backing the name, it would be a nice facility, but it's not. The place opened within the last few months and already looks rundown and dirty. The machines are scratched and the dryers are noisy, I'd say these are recycled machines from a retired location. The machines are coin operated and there are two change machines. Restroom at 10:00am was filthy. A few pluses: they offer free Wi-Fi, tables have an outlet if you need to plug in, but not good for folding laundry larger than a T-shirt or jeans, the laundry carts are in good condition and so are the chairs and tables.

As you can see 2 washers and 2 dryers are out in just one section. When I took my clothes out of the washer they were still soaking wet and dripping on the floor. The bullet hole in the window is a nice touch also.

While the location of this laundromat is great, stay clear of this one. There's never anyone working, so you can't report any problems, which would be okay if there were no problems. The machines are clearly recycled, not new. Some dryers don't work and they don't have signs that say they are out of order. So you put in your quarters and wait the time and end up with soggy clothes after 40 minutes. For the reason being that no one is ever working, you can't get your money back. Restrooms are filthy and a lot of homeless men just go and hang out inside or outside. The place has cameras so I want to say they are aware, but they don't care. If you are trying to do your laundry in a short time, with no problems, DO NOT come here.
