The Cleaners

Absolutely horrifying experience ruined my garment and not willing to compensate fairly. My family has used cleaning services for 30 years, never ever has a clothing item been returned damaged, arrogant management.Avoid like the pest.

I come here frequently and for the most part they do a good job. I had an issue one time when my clothes had a spot after I picked it up. Without question, they took the item cleaned it with no additional charge. This small store does a great job and very open about correcting a wrong. I never drop off clothes and expect them back in a day. I always give it a few days to be on the safe side. So if you need your clothes cleaned or pressed, stop by.

It seems like The Cleaners has a lock on the El Paso market and they're pretty consistent from store to store. This one is now the closest to us and they are just as reliable as our last.This location is more of a drop-off location. If you bring your clothes before 8 am, they'll be shuttled over to another location and have it back by 5 pm. That tends to work out perfect for me. They don't have a drop box, but they do have a drive-thru so it's still convenient.The service is so-so. Most of the staff seems speedy and nice, but every once in awhile I get someone who comes to the door at a snails pace and rings me up even slower... but I'm still out of there in under five minutes so it's not that big of a deal.The one tip I think may be important to some (depending on what time you're planning on picking-up and dropping-off) is the fact that they're located right across the street from a school. If you go when kids are being dropped off, it's easier to access The Cleaners by turning off on Resler into the parking lot and just making a big loop around the back of the building to get to the drive-thru. If you go when kids are about to be picked up, you may wait a little since some of the parents like to block off access to the drive-thru. But you can always just park and walk in.Prices are great. For under $10 you can get three shirts done and there is some kind of deal going every month. The price is great and they do quality work.

I took in my linen blend chair cover Monday. It's meant to be dry cleaned. It is removable and even can be washed, but I didn't want to risk it so I brought it in. They said it would be ready Thursday. I went in Thursday they said it would be ready Friday. I went in Friday they said it would be ready by 5. We went Saturday at 12 and the person working couldn't find it so they told my husband 4. I went in and they suddenly found it. I went home and it's completely shredded. I received no noticed that it was damaged in any way. I tried calling and left a message and no one answered.

The staff at this location is always friendly but I am finding the consistency of service lacking. If you drop off clothes prior to 8am you are told they will be ready at 5pm the same day. This place closes at 6pm so you have an hour to pick them up for the same day service. My issue is if I go at 5pm, wait the line, I commonly hear that my clothes are not there yet. Maybe 5:30....What do I do? Wait a half hour and hope they are there? No..... I end up coming home without my clothes. I believe there should be a discount or something if you go out of your way to pick up something that was promised and advertised and they have not met their side of the agreement. Sadly enough, I am starting to expect poor service and plan ahead to pick them up a day later....Wish I had a closer alternate choice for dry cleaning.

Very friendly staff. Clothes always are done on time and done well! They do great jean alterations and with keeping the original hems!

My experience with this business has been positive and I don't have anything to criticize which is rare. I highly recommend their services

Worst service. Went through drive through and sat there for 5 to 10 minutes with no one answering. Came back about 30 minutes later and this young kid with about as much personality as a rock answered. Really bad. Shirt could have been pressed better. Wrinkles where there shouldn't be. I'll go elsewhere next time.

Absolutely the worst cleaners in El Paso. They burn garments and apply a chemical that makes them brittle and they tear. The general manager tries to make excuses and says they use industry standard chemicals but when asked if the staff they have knows how to use the industry standard chemicals he was speechless. Shirts come back with unexplainable stains and he says they don't know where they came from jus that they use industry standard chemicals when their own process is to inspect for stains prior to intake of the clothes. They even try to say that they were there before when 2 of my items were directly off the sales rack and never worn. This place is a joke and are taking advantage of consumers not wanting to waste their time dealing with such idiocy. That's how they deal with problems, just wait for people to give up. Extremely unprofessional organization.​

Redd Rd location. The lady there is rough with her speech and does not come across very friendly. Service takes too long as well.
