This place is walking distance to me house, so location is a huge factor. Staff is good, and they provide quality dry cleaning services at a reasonable price and value. Turnaround time is nice, with most stuff being done next day. Never damaged any of my suits. I used to only use the dry cleaners on base (Ft Bliss), but this is same company so same thing - just closer

Every time i come to this place, i never have any problems or issues!I can always rely on their quick turn around kf dry cleaning and more recently their alterations. I was quite surprised too ar how ressonably priced their alterations are as well. I had 2 dresses that had to get the slip of the dress fixed from a previously botched job at another alterations spot. They made it look beautiful! I also had some pants hemmed for as little as 5$ for a simple stitch.This spot also has great specials on Weds where each month has a garmin of their choosing to get a 2 for the price of 1 deal. Theres a lot that would not apply for me but when theres a deal for dresses, count me in!This place also has a drive thru option. Its convenient i guess but if theres a line of cars and a line of people in the store, then they switch in between the lines with each customer they serve next. So u can still be waiting for quite some time in your car. Kind of defeats the purpose if u ask me.Still, i am very happy with this place and how well kept and professional looking they look! They took great care of my favorite, beautiful Armani top which made me very happy!

The customer service was not good, neither was the timeframe. I actually decided against leaving coat and went elsewhere.

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or your money! I took two pants and two western shirts. I asked heavy starch. To my surprise when I picked them up, I could had done a better job myself. I asked to speak to the manager. They don't have one ...smh very disappointed with the service. Bunch of excuses at this place.

These people are highway robbers. I used them twice and it just got more expensive. I think they want $11 to clean a dress and like $6 for a sweater. My 15 items were nearly $170. Just ridiculous. Save your money and drive 5 minutes in any direction to save your wallet from this place.

Dropped off my wool coat for cleaning. It took 3 days and over $18. I picked it up and it did not look cleaned at all. I do not recommend this cleaner.

This is the closest dry cleaner to my house and I hate going there. There's always only one person working and she always seems to be occupied unloading the truck instead of helping customers. I have decided I will use another dry cleaner there is a complete lack of customer service here.
