The Cleaners

The worst service I have seen in a long time. Took work pants in to be repaired, paid for the repair and they never got fixed. I took them back and when I returned to pick them up I was told they were given to another customer. As of 10/012019 they have still not been returned by the other customer. Then they try and put the blame on the customer when it was the guy working there who gave them away.

terrible customers service had a young men working that morning went to drop my laundry repeat 3 times good morning and he never reply back he reply with what you need, instead service i get my laundry and left i think the management are responsible

Terrible service. Dropped my clothes off for dry cleaning and was told it would be ready on Monday by 3. Come Monday I go to pick up my clothes and was told they were not going to be ready till 5 pm. I then go at 5pm just to be told their machine broke down and will not have my clothes ready till the next day and that my clothes would be smelling weird. Not even going to use the store credit.
