Who carries cash? Geez! Really? 3% credit card fee? Dang! May not seem like much, but it adds up!
This is how they returned my dress to me today.

Very friendly and polite staff. The clothes are cleaned thoroughly, quickly, and without any harsh and offensive lingering odors. Th e only drawback about The Cleaners is that they now charge a 3% credit or debit processing fee! Geez, what a way to put every single fee onto the customer. There's an environmental fee! I'm not happy about that, but there's really nothing to be done unless I choose to go elsewhere for my dry cleaning, and I will not, because I very much like the service of this business.

Welcome to the two-Star rated cleaning service The "Cleaners":I left a brand new expensive Shirt with The Cleaner to remove two peasize grease stains from the front of the Shirt that i had worn for two days only. Three days later, to my horror, the Shirt was ruined when I noticed a prominent bleach like stain in the area were my grease stains had been removed. After The Cleaners offered to "reclean" the Shirt to get rid of the stain they caused, a small hole was found next to the permanent stain that ruined my shirt. I demanded that my Shirt be replaced but the supervisor and Manager flat out refused blaming me and the moth for the stain AND the hole. My family, because of proximity, has used this cleaner before and frequently had to return a garment where stains were left behind. They apparently do not have quality control. I strongly suggest you avoid this corporate cleaning service, and stick to local. Learners that own up to their mistakes. I am pursuing BBB and legal steps.

This is how they returned my dress to me today. They intended to charge me for it as well. The manager was rude, abrasive, unapologetic and obviously incompetent in that she saw nothing wrong with the destruction of the dress and she allowed it to be destroyed in the first place. Horrendous.

I'm kind of mixed on this place, this specific The Cleaners to be exact. I know that this TC doesn't do the dry cleaning at this location (the TC van that's always doing pick-ups and drop-offs let me in on this little secret) and I don't really have a problem with that, but overall they seem so unorganized and it's just f#@king annoying.Other than dresses, I don't have many things that need to be take to a dry cleaners on a weekly (or even monthly) basis. A couple of shirts here and there, a pair or pants or two, and some jackets that hardly ever get dirty, but my boyfriend on the other hand has shirts and slacks that need to be dropped off weekly and every once in a while I'm swinging by the area so I'll drop-off or pick-up for him.The good news is the staff is always friendly and quick for the most part. But they still feel very unorganized. Thank gosh they've never lost anything I've dropped off, but they do loose the bag we use for drop-off an awful lot (and if they can't find it, they'll just give us a bag that belongs to someone else). A couple of times when I've walked in and stumbled upon two employees having a personal conversation, but I hate that I have to sit there and wait like a twat because I actually feel rude interrupting them. All that aside, I'm always happy with the end result and that's the main point.

This is happening at The Cleaners on Westwind (not finished yet)! I decided to take such opportunity (May's special) to have my 2 comforters cleaned and all I've got so far was a huge headache and bad service. I took them both to the store on Westwind last Wed (2013, May 22) and asked for the best option to have them cleaned. The assistant told me certainly "laundry" would be the best one. I even asked her if there was any chance of shrinkage and she said: "NO". Yesterday (May 28) when I went there again to get them, the moment I looked at them I realized two things: one of them was definitely not mine (queen size) and the other one (king size) was really weird. Besides having to go to another store (on Resler) to get the right one (supposedly they would have it delivered there mistakenly) - and it was not there either - I went home with a very strange feeling about the king size one (in the very beginning I didn't even think it was mine). Well, the moment I arrived home I put it on my king size bed and my suspicious was confirmed: the comforter shrank almost 20 inches!!! It's now a "squared" comforter (93" x 93"). I've got so pissed off! How could this happen? Aren't you guys supposed to be "professional"? You should always know better about it! I'm not the one running a laundry/dry cleaning service! This morning (Wed - May 29), since no one had called me about my still missing queen size comforter, I went to the store on Westwind again and people there told me they had found it, but it was not there yet and frankly I can't be sure it's the right one at this point. I'll only know for sure tomorrow. And of course I brought the shrunk one back to the store and explained everything. The lady in charge there tried to say "they just washed it"... Meaning: "we're not responsible for other things". Yeah! But I don't need rocket science to realize it was exactly the wash that ruined my comforter!!! Seriously, do you really think I'll accept such lame irresponsibility and go back home with my shrunk comforter? I purchased it on Bed, Bath & Beyond last august and had it cleaned on Resler's The Cleaners once since then, and everything went fine! Now what? This another store ruins my comforter and thinks they're not responsible for that? Please, don't make me laugh! The lady asked me to leave it there for today and I hope she escalates it. Of course no magic will make it a king size one again (110" x 94") - even the fabric is rough and not the same. Are you guys looking for a law suit? I hope not. Is that the way customers are treated? Someone in the process was extremely IRRESPONSIBLE with my new comforter and I want nothing less than one exactly the way I brought it to the store! Period. I do hope someone in charge calls me asap. I'm really not happy wasting my time this way!

This is the worst dry cleaning place ever. The lose your items and damage your clothing. They never call you back after you made a complaint. The manager sucks and doesn't know what she's doing. There are much better dry cleaning businesses in town

I always receive good service here. I like that they know me by name. Only challenge I have is that I use the early drop off window. You know, I place my clothes in a bag and drop in a drop box. Well when I pick up.....I better ask for the bag back...or they don't remember. If I wait a week to ask for it back, it probably gone forever..lol. otherwise..the service is good, my clothes look great, I drop in the morning and pick up at night, and if you track the deals you can save some $$.

9101 Dyer locationThey will not wash a nylon Shirt. They said the fabric HAD to be dry cleaned and the price was $5.75 each. Saw a hair on a black pair of pants and that would be an extra $1 for pet hair. Manager rude. Owner has several locations and all have a one star rating. That pretty well tell you what you need to know. Shirt label said they could be washed. These same cleaners have been cleaning these same shirts for years and it was never an issue. $$$

I went with a suit needed for a wedding and asked if they were able to have it ready the next day: they said yes but not until 5 pm and they close at 6. I showed up promptly at 5 and they said their machine broke and they didn't clean it; and they also couldn't give it to me unclean (I suspect they took it somewhere). They could have bothered to call me to ask if I would like to pick it up.

I hate to leave bad reviews of businesses and try to give as many chances as I can to be shown their best service. In this case, I have received the same poor quality every time I take my dry cleaning to this establishment. My shirts come back poorly pressed and look wrinkled. They press the collars of my dress shirts (at the button in front) in half, which makes the shirt look sloppy. Every time pick up my dress shirts, I have to re-iron all of the shirt collars and sometimes parts of the shirts. It's too bad because they are so close to my house, but this is unacceptable.
