People were incredibly friendly and helpful. The process was fully explained and the estimate given was spot on. I was even given some tips for care afterwards. I recommend!

I was in an accident in March and my Honda was towed to The Body Works.Wow! was I ever lucky. These guys do amazing repair work and are so friendly and wonderful to deal with. I recommend!!!!

Great people and great customer service. Being without your vehicle is stressful, but they work to get your vehicle to you as soon as they can.

This place is really amazing. I had some minor damage to my car, I got three estimates theirs was the lowest. They did a perfect job, they were extremely easy to work with and even buffed out a different problem at no charge I can't imagine taking my car any place else in the future

My wife had The Body Works do two jobs for her: 1) repair a hole and shoot new paint onto the rear plastic bumper on her Audi A3 and 2) replace a power window modulator in that Audi.The first job was covered by insurance so we didn't know what the work total was. However, The Body Works showed very good workmanship in repairing the bumper. They even buffed-out some scratches that were present on an unaffected area of the bumper. This repair only took two days to complete, which is a pretty good turn-around.The second job took about a day to complete. Replacing a window modulator on this car is quite a job, so I think turning the job in a day is quite good. Price was about what I expected for a job of this type, but the workman was careful and did not damage any of the tint on the windows or damage the weather seals or drip seals.I give The Body Works 5 stars because I value workmanship over price. While they aren't the cheapest place in town, I sincerely believe that this shop offers a superior work product over most of the other body shops I have dealt with in the past.

Worst customer service ever. Not happy with the work they did on my bumper. Very sloppy. Once i pointed out the flaws they argued with me.

Mike and his staff are incredible. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, but their customer service is second to NONE. We were in a bind.....the slideout in our motor home wouldn't when we attempted to leave Palm Springs, CA en route to Missour. We paid a mobile rv repair guy to help retract it manually so we could head East on a Saturday morning. By Tuesday we were in Las Cruces and I looked online for someone to help us. Mike was very sympathetic and said he thought they could repair the slideout. We showed up at 8 a.m. the next morning. Mike and one of his employess got on it right away and we were underway again by 11 a.m. The were very meticilous in repairing it. We were blown away by how little our bill was...expected it to be double what he charged us.We have NEVER experienced such great customer service by any repair facility. I can't recommend Mike and his company any stronger. He does things the "right" way" Thanks to Mike, we arrived at our destination on time and with the problems fixed! Life is Good. Bad experience rigged my car door with many different screws color doesn't match and runners on paint
