100% recommend here! The staff very friendly, professional, and very skilled. The shop is very clean and they do such a good job! Best nails ever! Thank you, John!

Ive been going here for 2 years, ive had some little issues previously but today was my last straw. I paid $50 for medium length acrylics that had nothing but white gel. the nail tech did a half a** job too. THEN they charged my sister in law $20 for gel polish, no manicure/acrylic. over priced & do a horrible job under pressure. I wont ever be returning or recommending to anyone anymore.

Been charged $20 no tax since i was a freshman in high school and always tipped above $10. One day I witnessed racism as an african American woman was made to wait while they told me to step ahead of her, I said but she was here first to which they tried to say i had an appointment (I did not) she got furious and left. After speaking up that time they charged me $38 for a regular acrylic no gel. Spend your money somewhere else if you want quality nails in a friendly, supportive environment

The worst customer service ever. I went in to get my eye lash extension done because I saw the special. I regret every minute of it. I hope I cam go back to my regular girl and beg for forgiveness. First she did not use a white cloth strip under my eyes to do this. I ask her about it and she say she never use it. I argue with her and she say it is not needed. My eyes start to itch and water, she says it is just the alcohol from the glue. I notice she just stick it on without regard to placement. She dismiss one eye and ask me to air dry them. They felt heavy which I expected but the also feel like one giant mat above my eye. Also she did not have me close my eye when she did this and so they looked crooked. The left eye she was having issue because I kept fluttering my eye due to the itches and watering from the other eye. When she was done I had black glue on my eye lid and below. It was a mess. She was not able to clean it up with cotton swab and she uses a tweezer to scrap it off. Well she end up getting a chunk of my skin instead. She was absolutely incompetent and argumentative. I ask her when I can wash my eye she says 24 hour. The whole time my eyes was watering and scratching from the glue. I went home that night and tried to sleep but again I was watering and my the side of my eye was just red from the scratches when I close my eye. Also it did not look even. Next morning I woke up with watery eye and it hurt every time I close my eyes. I finally took some of the side ones off. They look like they were just one giant mat. The stupid girl was gluing them to each other so they were just clumps and she had too much glue so they were sticking to each other. Absolutely a horror of an experience.

I went there needing a fill with a GC that was given to me. The nail tech was flat out rude, never broke a smile. I had the nails for 3 months prior, within 2 days of leaving 3 came off. Not to mention I paid 25 in top of the 30 GC. Never again will I go there.

If I could leave 0 stars I would and unfortunately I cannot. My friend and I both got our toes done. I got acrylic on my big toes. It was clumpy uneven and crooked. My friends were the same way. They rushed through my service and still managed to charge me $90 for a PEDICURE. I asked for an itemized receipt and they couldn't even do that for me.I went again to get my nails done, giving them a second chance, and truthfully it was out of desperation. I again was beyond disappointed with the services I received. This time, I got a french tip and my nails were thick, clumpy, uneven, and you could see my natural nail through the acrylic. The tip was painted on but wasn't a clean line and looked almost like it bled into the clear acrylic. I asked for more of a nude color to not show my natural nail. I asked if there was any way this could be fixed and the man was simply rude and didn't seem to care that I was unhappy with the service I was paying for. I asked for a refund and they told me I would not be getting my money back. I had to go back and forth with them to come to an agreement that they would fix them the next day. I expressed to them that when someone pays for a service, they should be satisfied. Not only that but the person providing the service should take pride and their work, which is something they do NOT seem to do here.I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I showed them the design I wanted first thing when I came in, they did the easy nails (French tip with yellow) and waited till they were done with that to tell me they couldn't do what i wanted on the other nails (it was literally just lemons, not that difficult). If they couldn't do it, I would've preferred they just told me that when I came in. Completely rude and unprofessional. There's lots of nail salons, don't go to this one.

If I could give no stara, I would. I've been going here for years and today is changing that. I got treated terrible by the owner. Not bad nails, treated poorly. If you like to be unheard, and treated bad, go to Blvd Nails in Las Cruces, NM!

Me and my mom came in for a pedicure and refill and we have been sitting with our toes done for 1 and a half with workers just chillen horrible service and my toes came out bad and bubbly and my nails are trash just save your coin and go somewhere else.also super super rude and handle u rudely.their horrible I have never been treated like this at a nail shop.
