The Bar Fitness

This place deserves a one star only...we had a membership for 3 months with no contract, no papers were signed, no paperwork whatsoever (which I thought that was very odd) I kept getting extra charges every month. This place is very unorganized and very unprofessional. Do better.

Horrible customer service. I waited 20 minutes to be assisted. Then when it was my time they did not have keys as the gentleman with glasses was calling I went outside to grab my CC (I mentioned this to him) it took me less than a minute. As I walked inside he was helping another person and skipped me completely. I have them a star because I have to.

I went to the horizon location in search of a new gym and wasn't too pleased. I went to ask for prices and information about what they offer, and I was given a broad answer as far as pricing goes and I had to show myself around the gym I wasn't really sold the program or experience or what they have to offer. I guess the staff has to sell the experience a bit more cause I wasn't convinced

Horizon location has amazing staff. Gym size is right for the amount of people. But damn equipment is not maintained. It's been weeks and in some cases even months that they have had equipment not working or needing maintenance. People using the leg extension getting rash by rubbing on the torn pad. They have a treadmill that's been out of service for a long time. Just an fyi when coming here.

If you're a power lifter, bodybuilder or just a person who likes to better themselves, DONT go to the one by horizon city. One of the workers, that's a body builder, Veronica chacon, she'll literally come at you, Unprofessionally, and for going heavy. She will tell you " you need to chill, you're going too heavy" & "I work here and I'm telling you, you need to stop going heavy" in a very rude manner and will not even introduce herself, as a professional worker. When I was lifting, she singled me out, while I was minding my own business and then boom she came at me out of no where. I did NOT appreciate that at all. So to all the lifters, DONT go to the Horizon City location
