Food is great and service is amazing. Very quick to get my food. Service has improved so much!! I highly recommend!

I had a bagel and cream cheese with coffee at this place. The staff was very friendly. I've had bagels from New York to San Francisco to Europe. These were the worst. They were like undercooked. And minimal amount of cream cheese. But worst they tasted like crap!hopefully they will close soon and end the agony

This place opened up 6 months ago but I never even knew it existed because it's literally a little shack in a parking lot which fits like 2 people. It's like one of those keymaker huts, but instead of keys, it has 2 drive thru windows for coffee, bagels and sandwiches. A bagel with cream cheese is around $4 and a specialty bagel with lox is around $12. Service was quick and nice, the menu was pretty confusing and hard to read because it was pretty small writing. You gotta get really close to read the description. There's no speakers, you order at one window, make a tight turn and pickup at the next one. It's a little expensive for a drive thru place since they're charging the same price as a sit down or even a legit coffee place like 2Ten. I mean I guess you're paying for convenience but it's not like there's not other drive thru breakfast places. Wendy's has an amazing breakfast sandwich with honey chicken. But I digress, if you're in the area (there's 3 gyms around), it a convenient way to grab a bite, but I'm not sure how in demand carb loaded bagels are. ‍I didn't get to try their coffee but it would be a surprise if they make artisanal coffee in that small space. I would return if I had a hankering for bagels and cream cheese but didn't want to toast and prep at home even though it packs well.

It used to be very good, but terrible. Day old bagel weak coffee and its expensive. Too bad.

Service was absolutely Fantastic! I'm a regular here and the hospitality is awesome every time, The manager brings in the energy and they are all so funny the bagels are amazing and you can't go wrong with a coffee "I recommend a dirty mocha"

Yummy, homemade bagels and delicious ice matcha! Love this place. Definitely recommend the BLT, and breakfast bagels.

The best bagels in El Paso, Texas! I tried Einstein Bagels and the The Bagel Shop faaaaar exceeds them in everything, taste, freshness and service. My family and I ordered their breakfast bagels and were NOT disappointed. Specially my kiddos. I personally had the Everything Bagel (turkey, bacon avocado) and it was delicious, everything was so fresh. I ordered a vanilla latte with oatmilk and for this coffee critic (I'm from Los Angeles, there's a coffee shop in every corner)... I must say it was so delicious. AND their customer service is exceptional, quick and friendly. I love supporting business where the staff love their job. So whether you're looking for a delicious bagel, a good coffee or both... The Bagel Shop is the place to go. I'll definitely be stopping by next time I'm in town!

I had a bagel with cream cheese and a breakfast bagel. It was delicious... and something different from the ordinary breakfast options in El Paso. Coffee was great and staff was very kind and friendly. Will be back soon. I definitely recommend.

This place claims they open at 7 am but no one was at the shop. Super disappointed. Also, I would like to add the original bagel shop is way better

I loooove the bagel shop, so I was so excited to see this one when the other one on resler closed. But this was so disappointing, the lady at the window was too busy in her phone and talking with the other worker. I ordered my usual which was a lil turkey, it was falling apart, wasn't worth the $11 for a messed up bagel with a Dr Pepper can :
