I guess this is a typical "bait and switch" tactic company. They left a hanger on my door, saying "we previously installed a unit at this address, here's your free inspection". So, I called them. They don't have record of any installation at our address, and the person whose name was on the flier was out and supposed to call yesterday. Yup, they did not.I hate it when companies lie to get business. Be honest and offer a free inspection, and THEN lie about what the repairs needed are. I am sadly disappointed in how the business is run.

They were good at getting someone to address the issue within the hour of my request, but they then completely ignored me and left my tenant without any solution and heat during a very cold time. I called the next morning since they hadn't followed up with me the day before and then they promised to get back to me. It's been well over a whole day and I'm ignored and my tenant is cold. There is NO excuse to neglect a customer this way. HORRIBLE work ethic and I would not trust them for any type of service.

A tech made a service call to my house re a leak in our refrigerated air unit that had created a leak in our kitchen ceiling; this tech did literally nothing and charged us the standard $99.00 service fee; the tech that I called next immediately identified the problem, a crack in the PVC connection and the need to free the passage of lint! I have made several attempts to speak with a manager and have been repeatedly told that one will contact me but no attempts have been made; it's not the fee that bothers us but the total indifference and lack of professionalism of this bad technician. My advice is DON'T CALL this company!!! I used the branch showing a 4.7 rating and 18+ years of experience...surprised at the lack of attention and accountability. Never again!!

Paid over $1000.00 for a UV system for air quality (Covid, etc) that I have made numerous call outs to fix for the system not working (ballast fault). I would not suggest going for their UV Sales. Their product from China is bunk. My unit is currently not working and I have not contacted them because I'm and sick and tired of calling them. After my prepaid seasonal maintenance is fulfilled, I am done with this company. By the the way, I live in Horizon City...guess who I am.

This company installed 2 HVAC units in my home and failed to ensure that everything was installed properly. My units are louder than my 26 year old units. I paid cash for these units and even though I told them about the problems they failed to fix it. Steer clear of this place and find a dealer that will take care of the customer.

We can't THANK and RECOMMEND The Air Conditioning Company enough for their assistance in securing and installing a new HVAC system within a little over 48 hours during an extreme heatwave. The Air Conditioning Co. office staff was extremely helpful and caring. Rick the owner, was over within hours, answered all our questions, and was able to bring in the selected unit overnight from out-of-state. The following day with the help of Roadrunner Crane & Rigging, Caesar and his assistant worked late into a Friday evening to get our new unit installed. They are so incredibly careful and professional. It would be a much easier world, if all companies were this professional and reliable. Thank you Air Conditioning Co......We love that new unit!

Their piece of crap breaks down every year! Their own technician even told us it was because the other tech installed something wrong and multiple technicians have told us the unit we got was a piece of junk. They still refused to pay for our motel when we had to leave our house because it was 106 degrees outside and 92 inside our house!!! You can't sleep when it's that hot inside the house. This company is horrible, customer service horrible and piece of crap equipment is horrible. The owner even came out and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. They acted like it was no big deal for us to be without A/c for days with a 1 year old, 4 year old & 12 year old. My 1 year old ended up getting sick. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company! They don't care about their customers.

Had a 4 ton AC and furnace installed last week. Rick came out and provided a quote. I took over a week to shop and decide. Never felt pressure from Rick, but he was available to answer questions. Best value and needed a conversion from my swamp cooler and 20 year old furnace. David and his helper installed the system, showed up on the day scheduled, wore plastic covers over their shoes when entering my home or wiped feet thoroughly, and placed cardboard under their vehicle to limit any oil drippings. System works very well. From everything I have read, installation is as important as the equipment itself. David was very professional, focused on details, went over everything that both he and his helper installed. Hard worker and seems very sincere, I trust my new system will continue to perform well. I did upgrade the thermostat to an eNest model from HD. Love that, will make my system even more efficient. David changed the wires and installed it to ensure it would work properly. Highly recommend this upgrade. Overall very pleased by the cost, equipment and installation.
