Tharp's Flowers

Found them online while looking for a flower arrangement for a funeral. Ordered an arrangement online. Received a call from them the following day confirming the order and to get a few more details. Very professional and friendly. The delivery was on time and no issues. The only complaint was that I asked for a picture of the finished arrangement (since we were out of town) and we did not receive one. Did get a picture of the service and it looked nice. But, great interaction with the staff. Very affordable. Really appreciate their service during that time.

I ordered a floral arrangement through tele flora and they contracted with Tharp's flowers. Without getting extremely lengthy on how rude the owner was with me on the phone, suffice it to say DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS SHOP! She delivered a sub par bouquet with about 3 large roses and 3 small spray roses and tried to tell me she gave me $80 worth of flowers. She picked up the bouquet under the premise that they were going to fix it and then she called me and told me she wouldn't be fixing it so my mother is out of luck for Mother's day. I wish I could post the picture of what I actually got. It was like a charlie brown equivalent of a flower arrangement. Certainly not even close to what I ordered. Oh and instead of lavender flowers she substituted pink.

I was sorry to see the bad review for Tharp's Flowers in Deming. I've used Tharp's for years. The bouquets have always been beautifully arranged and worth the money.
