Texas Custom Embroidery & Screen Printing

(EDIT) So after posting this review, I was surprised that several fellow Yelpers reached out to me saying they had the same issue with this business. I would say you should stay away from them especially if you have a tight deadline that you must keep. *********************************I had a terrible experience with this business. So I was about to move out of El Paso and my friend was going to help me with my move, I decided to get him a customized shirt as a gift. I called this place before going and they said they could prepare the shirt in time (I had 3 days left in El Paso). I took the hoodie I bought and went to the store. At the store, I explained my situation again and that I really needed to pick up the shirt in time as I would be moving. They promised to have it ready on the day I move out, so I paid for the service and left. They also told me they would send me a draft to my email before printing to make sure we are on the same page about the design. On my moving day, I called them to let them know that I was on my way. I was a bit worried because I never received any design draft till this day. However, they told me that their machine was broken and they couldn't print. Well... couldn't they let me know sooner? They promised me that they would have it ready in time. But ok, stuff happens. They offered to mail the shirt to my friend's house instead. I felt bad that I couldn't give any gift to my friend on the day I left but I told him he should expect a gift in mail. Then I waited, and waited, and waited. I asked them to send me a picture of the finished product and also confirmation when they mail the shirt, however I never received anything. I followed up by phone, by text, but never received response. When they do answer my phone, they always said "Sorry I forgot, I will send tomorrow". Long story short, after a month of going back and forth, I FINALLY received a photo of the shirt. I wanted to see it because you know, they never even sent me a draft. It looked better than I expected so I was happy about that. However, I found this business very unprofessional. I understand that stuff happens but they said they usually take 2 business days to complete, so obviously my case was unusual. When stuff happens, I would want the business owners to be on top of it. Why do I have to be the one to follow up with them every day for a month straight and they don't even give me any response? After all, I had to ask someone to go get the shirt and deliver it to my friend but I was very disappointed.

Hector and Julieta were extremely helpful in person, over the phone, and via email to ensure everything was completed properly and on time! A quick stop into the store; an email with some graphics, sizes, and quantities, and a follow-up phone call to ensure accuracy. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and our shirts turned out great! We're looking forward to doing more business with them!

The owner straight up lied to me about when they could deliver my shirt. Then when I went to go pick it up because they said they would have it ready, she started quoting policies that she never told me when I dropped off the shirt in the first place. They will lie to get your business, but they will not treat you right if they don't deliver. Do not give this company business.

My experience here was a disaster. I only needed one shirt embroidered for a very special presentation. It took a long time and the owner was not truthful with me on status. Finally they delivered a shirt but it was not at all the artwork that I provided (and I provided specific vector art). Had to have it redone in a rush. I understand that mistakes happen, but the steady stream of not being truthful really put me off.

Looove the work they did for me!! I got 3 Jean jackets embroidered with names for my bridal party. They turned out adorable! Quick service and great customer service. Highly recommend.
