Terry Chaumont - State Farm Insurance Agent

I'm extremely satisfied with State Farm as my insurance company, more specifically with the level of service I've received from Terry Chaumont and his staff, they are super helpful and friendly. I'm an online kind of guy, if I can get something from a website over in-person, I will almost always choose website, so naturally I went to Web companies for my insurance needs. However, I switched to State Farm in recent months through this agency, and I'm glad that I did. I originally was directed here when shopping for renter's insurance, online oddly enough, and I stopped by the office to sign the papers. While there, I was told I could save if I bundled with car insurance, but I thought I had a really good thing going with Esurance, so I didn't think they could get me a better deal. Surprisingly enough, they saved me about 30% while actually improving my level of coverage, I got an actual Discount Double Check!!! All in all, my monthly bill at State Farm for better car insurance and renter's insurance combined is $2 less than what I used to pay for car insurance alone. Great deal aside, when a dummy rear-ended me because she was probably texting, they helped take me through the claims process with her insurance company, who were incredibly difficult and cheap. I highly recommend stopping by and seeing if they can improve your insurance sitch (that's short for 'situation').

I have only been with Statefarm for a little over a year already, and I have never had any problems with my auto coverage. Liz Martinez has been amazing through these years, she has also been helpful to my other family members. I recommend her to everyone, she is super nice and will always be helpful whenever you need it. I will continue using Statefarm and I hope everyone decides to use them as well!
