I want to give it one star for the great service But I will give it negative stars if I could feel like I was chewing on nothing but disappointment how many ingredients does it take to make beans not even Salt could help The beans taste like drywall matter of fact, drywall has more flavor Great service Trash food

Needed a place on our first night here in Pecos. Nice small place when you walk in but they do have a back room so enough seating room. They had the place decked out for Christmas with lots of decorations as well as a tree, pretty cool that they did that. Got chips and salsa when we got seated, crisp chips with a salsa with a bit of a bite, not overly spicy but just a nice bite. I ordered the beef enchilada plate with red sauce, rice and beans and Bobbie got the asada gordita plate also with rice and beans. Both the rice and beans had good flavor with the beans covered with cheese. My enchiladas were good sized with lots of ground beef inside and a really good red enchilada sauce that had a bite as well as covered with cheese. Bobbies gorditas were stuffed with loads of asada that had a great flavor and the gorditas themself had a good masa flavor. Overall this was a good choice for dinner.

I would have given this 5 stars if not for the 10-minute wait before handing us the menu. They gave nacho chips with salsa dip while waiting for our orders. The chips were the rihht amount of crisp and the salsa has a nice kick to it.I ordered the Mexican Taco Plate which has one of each: chicken taco, guacamole taco, and beef taco served with salad, rice, and beans on the side. The meats were tender and juicy, the guacamole has a smooth consistency. The rice was flavorful and so are the beans. I'd love to eat here again!

They have roaches. Just discussing. Told the workers and they just wiped it off and said the meal was free and we could move to a different seat if we wanted.

Terraza's is among the better Mexican food restaurants in town. Not gourmet, just decent Mexican food in a forlorn, dust-driven town. But the best here would be an also ran in El Paso, SA, Austin or Houston. Being fair, this is enjoyable food. It is just that everything is refried beans and rice plus the meat dish. Hot sauce is spicy (yeah!). Chili relleno is a good choice. I've eaten here 10+ times in the last 7 months, and I always leave satisfied.

My fiancé and I were driving on the 20 and looking for a healthy option that wasn't too far off the road. This was the perfect place! We got a taco salad with rice, beans, chips and salsa. Everything was so fresh and amazing. Their salsa has a kick to it but it was perfect! We got a lot of food for what we paid! So glad we stopped here!!

I loved my quesadillas! The salsa was just the perfect spicy. Our waiter was really good. We really enjoyed our visit and will be back!

I don't know why this place seems to have bad ratings. This place has awesome food and good service. The huevos rancheros is simply awesome. Salsa is second to none!!!

I grew up here and always went to this place while living there. The last time I went I was served a drink that tasted like it had been made from toilet water. I got violently sick shortly after and was deathly sick for the rest of the day. The owner was glaring at me through a "mirrored" window. I don't know why. My mom even saw her and waved to her but she did not wave back just kept glaring.

Reasonable and Great Mexican Food. Keep up the great work. Was recommended by our hotel as our preference of dinner.
