This place has a great prices and the staff is very knowledgeable and knows their stuff! The new location is a lot bigger than the last location too. They have inventory for any rider!

I'm very happy with the service I received. Walking in I was greeted immediately. Talked with Ivan and got a rear tire installed on my motorcycle. Was done in no time. Definitely going back. Don't cheat yourself, treat yourself and come here

new in town did some research on the shops in town and around town, when in to Tek spoke to the mechanic (11B) since i was on the fence on what shop to take all my bikes to get service and do any type of work. i was very impress from the time i walked into the door very good staff they will talk to you like your there brother from another mother! I left both my bikes (custom chopper) (GSXR 1000) (Ducati 1098) so they can work on it, the mechanic (11B) took the time to explain to me any question i had and once he began to star working on the bike he would keep me posted every hour with text and video of the job been done to my bike! it was something i never had experience in all my life taking all my bike to any shop a mechanic who took the time to talk to you and keep you up to date with any situation with your bike, the job was completed on the same day i brought my bike to the shop, i did not have to go and beg for them to work on my bike like prior experience i have had with other bike shops! they give your great prices on labor and parts, to be honest i felt like i been coming to this shop for the past 30years by the way they spoke to me and help me in every aspect! even the owner of the shop takes the time to talk to you and treat you like family, not like person that all they see in dollar or just another number! if your looking or thinking about getting any work done on your bike, take my word, don't look no more! this shop and staff will blow the competition here in El Paso! they got them self a customer for life with me!

Prolly one of the best experiences I've had with a shop. I was looking for a shop to handle my banshee. I spoke with the shop prior to bringing it in so I knew that had some knowledge on the machine as they are not the favorites of most shops. John and I'll say that again for the people in the back. JOHN was super amazing. Very knowledgeable and prolly the warmest hearted guy ever. They quoted me a week to two weeks for servicing. But after speaking with me and learning my about the quad. John took it upon himself to help me. He saw I was down and hurting as this was an electrical issue and that gremlin can be anywhere and always moves. I don't think I was gone from the shop four hours and I get a video of it running smooth and zero issues. His team of mechanics are stellar ! They listened to me and also taught me a ton. I feel like I even made a couple friends/acquaintances there. They told me they couldn't go home for the weekend knowing I dropped this off. Then to top it off, it only gets better from here. They start to throw in some stuff for me since I did a tall order. They helped me get back on my feet and made me walk outta there smiling knowing I went to the right spot. I'm almost 40 and I've never been treated this way in any shop and back home in NY my own friends run similar shops haha. I will be back to buy a quad from them. Everything from spark plugs, oil, gas container(even the hoes) he worked with me on. Usually a shop never throughs anything at you let alone comping a few smaller things to help said customer feel good about their large Mechanic bill. I give this place a 10/10 and WONT go anywhere else's while I'm here. You all are amazing and keep up the amazing work. It's hard to find here but with a little extra buckage, you can get some top tier Customer service and mechanics.

Went in for a new chain for my atv I went up to one of the sales ladies and told them what I needed and for some reason the lady had attitude with me making weird faces and just being super rude....she has done this before on a early date I'm not sure what her problem is. So the only chain they had was about 24 links to long so I needed to cut it which they charge $25 which most places do for free and it voids any returns. I figure ok let's do it not thinking this place would actually not cut the chain properly who would of thought a atv shop could mess up a simple procedure... well they did they only cut 14 links off the chain and it needed 24 removed. But the crazy part is it took over 2hrs because the guy in parts was shooting the bull with another guy so me and my son left had lunch and came back and actually waiting another 30 mins for someone to acknowledge us. So I get home and go to put the chain on and realize they did not put the master link back into the box after cutting it but who really cares the chain didn't fit anyways. So I paid $25 xtra to get it cut to length.. fail no master link...fail rude sales lady ....fail and took over 2hrs of my life. Shop is a complete joke I will never be returning there and the sad part is I just purchased new tires for my quad ($278) and was going to take my wildcat 1000 for a complete overhaul I had already talked to the mechanics about it so it's there loss sad they are so incompetent

So i stopped by at Tek Motorsports for some parts and accessories for my ATV. Ive worked on cars and engines all my life but never ATV's. After speaking with Ivan and El Huero Loco (The Mechanic) for a half an hour, they gave me lots of great tips on how to fix and maintain my ATV.

I was in need of new tires for my bike. Did some shopping around and found this place to be pretty I expensive. So I decided to drop my bike off and let them put on the new tires. After about an hour I get a call that the tires that they had don't fit. Now I'm puzzled. When I originally called to see if they had the tires they were 110% sure that they did. Erick told me that they had to go to their warehouse to pick up the correct tire and that my bike would be ready for pickup at 3pm. At 4pm I call to get an update and Erick tells me it'll be ready in 30 min. So I arrive back at the shop around 445 and and they tell me the bike still isn't ready. As I'm typing this the current time is 530. Bike still not ready. The business is so eager for more business that they over extend themselves and are not able to complete the services in a timely manner. I would not shop here again. Customer service is everything.

was looking for an atv but this place has the WORST customer service not even a greeting from the employees they just keeped on looking at us will not return to this place
