Tea2Go TeaN'ergy

Man!! I went during lunch on a Thursday. The gentleman was very helpful. The music was pleasant. He not only filled my 5 gallon jug for me, he rinsed and disinfected it. After he charged me he grabbed the jug, asked where I was parked and WALKED my jug out to the car. Which was very helpful. I appreciated it very much. I shared with him how the other location I had been to the week before did not walk my jug out to the car. Is was in and out in about 10 minutes. Great service!

While I definitely came in today as my weekly treat of my favorite drink place. I also came in today because I'm not sure what the previous low rated review was about. My guess is that he assumed it was just teas which are all natural and if having those as is they will have simpler more herby natural tastes. Now if he had any one of the drink I posted here and still felt that way, he must just not like this style of beverage. ANYWAYS. Let's leave a review from my perspective!! To begin their advertisements leading up to their grand opening teased me so much I couldn't wait! And YES I was amongst the first ten customers on that day! The location is ideal right off freeway AND more locations opening. The inside aesthetic is OHHH EMMMM GEEE so modern and cute! Def tea shop vibes and perfect study location, always with nice music in the background. The staff is always so welcoming and kind they remember their customers which is a personal touch I look for. Specifically would like to point out Justin and Isabel, they always greet me with a huge smile and ask how my day is going, they know the place inside and out so lucky you if you get one of them when you visit. The pricing is reasonable for the luxury of drinks I'm receiving. The unique drinks are always so refreshing especially with the monthly specials! This month I got their blue raspberry special, it's one I think should be a regular! They can customize your drinks to your liking just ask! My favorites are the Caribbean and the Jurassic! Always in large size because I can't get enough! They have a kids menu that my toddler absolutely loves his go to is the Paradise Punch. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you need a yummy drink and healthy energy or even a gallon of some tea for your fridge!

I went through the drive thru. I had a chai tea. It was amazing. Way better than Starbucks.

Teas are okay, so so I would say a 3 star. And the customer service needs improvement. Such a shame because it's such a really nice tea store inside.

I got this recommendation from YELP. Today was the day we chose to go. My kids and I decided to give it a shot. We were all pleasantly surprised. The young girl did a great job explaining the teas. I opted for Jurassic. Incredibly delicious.
