Taylor Freeze

Tried one more time. Joes ride and dine is not being consistent to try and keep customers. Had an order of fried zucchini. Over $6 and got these 7 zucchini circles fried in old rancid oil. Service was great. I was greeted by very kind employees. Unfortunately, they don't manage the restaurant.

Located on Hwy 191 in Safford, they do have another location in Pima.The ice cream is soft serve but interestingly they have flavors beyond just chocolate, vanilla, and swirl, SEE PHOTO.The problem is this list of flavors is not with the main menu and is in white font on plastic so you do not really notice it unless you are specifically looking in the direction.We got a chocolate baby size, banana split, and small Reeses avalanche (similar to a blizzard).I posted photos of the menu although it is online as wellThe burger menu does show the ingredients below the name (see photo).

What a treat! I had the best cheeseburger I've had in a long time. Every bit of it was handmade to perfection. It was not greasy or sloppy. They put just the right amount of ketchup, mustard, lettuce and tomato on it. Just like I would make at home. And the fries! Not skinny, not thick but just the right size and crispness! And they were still warm when I got to the bottom of the tray! They didn't even need ketchup. Taylor Freeze was worth the trip to Safford, AZ! Going back for their soft serve ice cream after our afternoon trip Gila Box Riparian National Conservation Area. Don't think we'll be disappointed!

Foods good, service is hit or miss, drive through is sub-par. If you go through the drive through don't be in a hurry. 17 minutes sitting for a burro and a milkshake. A good leader/production manager would make this restaurant awesome!!

Great food, burgers not to big, not to small, just perfect size, ordered bacon cheese burger fried pickles, fish and fries basket all the food tasted great !

Good food but last time I was there ordered 2 orders of regular fried pickles and a ice cream cone and it was $17. The pickles only had 5 pickles each. We probably won't go there again

The customer service was subpar at best. I went in with a lot of expectations considering the Taylor Freeze brand, and walked out with ice cream that was nothing like I asked for. Would've asked it to be remade if the customer service wasn't so poor.

Great place! Great service. Fry sauce is Buss'n! People were so kind! Very clean and delightful!

The food is amazing and the workers are very kind. The music is awesome and the vibe is fun. Highly recommend, especially the soft serve

The food was fine, the fries were probably the best thing we ate. The shake was very good and my kids loved the selection of ice cream flavors. Prices were a bit high for what you get and the employees were somewhat blasé about service. It is not fast food. We waited about 40 minutes for food at lunch time.
