So freaking good! Everything here is delicious and the margaritas are fantastic. Loved the service too. This is a must stop place if you're visiting Bisbee. They have a lot of vegetarian options here if that's your jam. I had a mushroom taco and it was good. The beans are bomb as well. Everything just tastes like it's made with love! Can't fake that.

It's pretty rare that my whole table insists on calling the owner over before we leave to gush about our experience.First of all the drinks are the real deal, I had the strawberry basil margarita and it was made with fresh strawberry juice. It wasn't syrupy sweet, it was perfection. My friend loved the Paloma with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice too. We started with chips served with house made salsa, queso and guacamole, big enough for the 6 of us to whet our appetites. The tacos were made with either flour or corn tortillas and come with 2 on a plate. Well priced, sized right and made with lovely fresh ingredients. The table favorite was the cauliflower, slightly sweet, crunchy and delicious. Our server and all of the servers were so welcoming and knowledgeable. Highly recommend you stop here if you're anywhere near Bisbee.

Stopped in for dinner while visiting Bisbee! Came on a Thursday evening and luckily beat the dinner rush because seating is fairly limited. My husband and I shared the carne asada fries and they were some of the best I've ever had! We both ordered tacos-- I opted for the chipotle chicken and my husband tried carne asada and shrimp & bacon. Everything was full of flavor and were good portion sizes for the price point. They had mini churros on the menu for dessert which we forgot to order! We will be back to try them!

This place is small so be prepared to wait when it's busy, but definitely worth it. The 7 Layer Bean Dip was delicious. The Chicken Tacos were better than the Carne Asada in our opinion. I think it's because of the crispy cheese, but the chicken was also super flavorful. The beans are a bit different and were glad we tried them, but not really to our taste. Would recommend this place if you are in Bisbee.

Never would I have thought that I'd be raving over a taco shop in little Bisbee but for all the Tacos I've eaten in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico; this place holds its own! This new shop has funky decorations with nice sit down options. The chips and salsa started it out right with a hearty salsa; almost smoky in flavor. The tacos had those real tortillas that are an essential component of that perfect taco. The meat was tender with so much flavor. Even the beans/rice were not to be forgotten. On the other hand, The churros for dessert were not great. A bit hard and no wow feature; we didn't end up finishing them. So just skip the churros and you'll have an amazing meal!

Listen, nobody here is going to argue against the fact that Old El Paso is really the only type of authentic Mexican food. It's been proven thru culinary science and only Q-Anon types and fake moon-landers would disagree. But this is where Taqueria Outlaw saw their way to build a better mousetrap, as the saying goes. Why in the heck would people go outside of their house to eat tacos when you can just get the best kind in a kit from Safeway, including the shells and the powders? So the "owner" guy Mike finds this gimmick, see? He decides to put made-up crap like "Gluten-free" or "cauliflower" this-n-that on the menu so that you get so grossed out, you scramble to order the regular old ground beef tacos!Sure, they are not as good as the ones you can make at home with American cheese and Mild Pace Picante, but they SURE AS H*CK ain't made out of albino broccoli!I was drug-tested once for my job as a long-snapper for XFL China and I knew I woulda come up muddy but I had a plan in place. For years I would buy clean urine from my garbage collector (who I never forgot to tip on the holidays) knowing that unblemished pee would one day be worth more the crypto. (Try drinking your own crypto on Naked and Afraid!)I learned that it was fairly easy to drain a vial of trashman tinkle into my sample cup unnoticed and I found the same works here for smuggling Jose Cuervo pre-mixed margarita from a bladder bag into this joint.Just ask at the bar "Can I please have an empty margarita glass with only ice to take with me alone to the bathroom please?"I think you catch my drift. Now that I look back at it, maybe *I'M* the one who deserves the 5 stars!

Very kind and staff. The place is filled with good energy just like the rest of Bisbee. Filling carne asada taco topped with pickled veggies. The salsa bar is delicious and I recommend to try all the different flavors.
