These werw my crispy carne deshebrada flautas and salad with tomato and carrots which was fresh. The horchata drink was great.

Little spot tucked away in the corner of a shopping plaza, there is plenty of parking available. When you walk in, you order at the counter and they bring the food out.Flautas Bandera: (2/5) - they were nice and crispy but the sauces were a bit bland, could've used more spices. The salad felt random without any dressing.Horchata: (3/5) - nice big portion with minimal rice grainsThe service was great.

I went to eat lunch here yesterday. The food was okay. I had the flauta plate with rice and beans it was nothing spectacular. The service was quick. As I was leaving a waitress dropped an entire bowl of Chile de Arbol and completely soaked my back from head to toe! I had on a brand new shirt & pair of white pants. I had to rush home to wash them. Excellent food. Service was fast and great. The menu is extensive. Small place but we'll worth visiting. They are well known for their flautas and I totally agree. They were crispy and the filling was just the right portion. Topped off with sour cream, guacamole and salsa in a banner style. The gorditas with tripas, super great and tasty.

This small restaurant chain has the very best red enchilada sauce in town! I'm not sure of what kind of chiles they are using but it is the perfect medium heat, fruity and unadulterated chile.We were very well pleased with our enchilada plates and with the service at this Lower Valley location.The plates were generous and they even served a nice sized salad and some accompanying green chile and oregano sauce for the salad.I have to admit that I came to this location because I love the food at the Montana location, but it must be emphasized that where the Montana location has good service, this Alameda location has over-the-top great friendly service.We loved our breakfast here and we will definitely be returning to this location next to Ysletta High School!

Maybe I remembered it differently when I was younger, it was a let down. The flautas tasted like whatever they were next to in the freezer, or the oil was old. Not much to say about the sides, salad was the star of the plate. Watered down salsa with no flavor. El Cometa is so much better.

This was the place to be during high school lunch when you were attending Ysleta. It was cheap and the food was delicious. I have always had their flautas and nothing else and they have never disappointed me. Salsas are always good, rice and beans always good. I have never tried anything else and i will never try anything else as long as they have their flautas. The service is always good, the owners and staff were always good to remember some of us and the place is like your typical hole in the wall place, small, not fancy but my gosh, the best flautas you'll have
