The consultation went well but as advised that this was not something for our situation we decided to withdraw. Then our problems started, we can't for the life of us get our important documents back. We keep calling and they claim that they are not available that the attorney is busy and we will receive a call when they get our documents back. Its been weeks now and still they don't have anything. What did the do with those documents that are important to me but would think useless to them. That makes me feel thankful that I didn't use their services because they are horrible at following up. Beware, do not leave them your documents.

I went to Tanzy and Borrego a few months ago and it was the best decision I ever made. I am so comfortable with my budget and monthly payments now and I couldn't be happier.

i will never return or call again due to the incompetence of their front staff liz. i called in to schedule an appointment she did not request any information just my name and definitely did not tell me to take any documents. when i arrive at my appointment she waived me to the side and said sit , like if i was a dog! when i saw the woman who assisted me she was super sweet and explained everything great but since i was not told what to bring i was not prepared. when i then called again to advise i was ready for my second appointment the lady liz left me on hold for 10 min! when i called back she said sorry and then transferred me to a voicemail box of an amanda who i have no idea is. i quickly knew this was not going to be the place for me to do business and never called back.

The folks at Tanzy and Borrego really helped me out. I didn't think there was a way out and they found one for me.
