Tako Tako Tacos

It was Saturday night & I had an incredible dining experience at Tako Tako Tacos, a food truck in West El Paso serving innovative fusion tacos. I called them up beforehand and they were happy to say they weren't closing anytime soon as they stay til they sell out or 2:30 am whichever came first. Their specialty lies in Tijuana-style Birria, Pastor, and Asada Tacos, which masterfully blend traditional Mexican flavors with a modern twist. I couldn't resist trying their Korean-style tacos, which were equally impressive. The service is friendly, passionate, and dedicated to providing a memorable dining experience. Despite being located outside a bar, the ambiance is vibrant and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a quick and satisfying meal. Their late operating hours are a bonus, perfect for satisfying late-night taco cravings with authentic, top-notch flavor. While I wish they had tripitas on the menu, this food truck is a must-visit for taco enthusiasts seeking uniquely delicious options. Highly recommended!

I don't ever make review for food, but this is such a unique case. Absolute best food ever. I cannot stress enough how amazing this service, friendly staff and all around phenomenal fresh food they'll give you. SUPER friendly and fresh food. I can't stress how phenomenal it is. HAVE TO TRY.
