Tacos El Guero de Culiacan

First time and won't be the last , place is clean, excellent customer service, the waitress very nice, to start with they offer you a complementary fish soup regardless of what will you order. SOUP was Delicious, my friend suggested us to order the shrimp cocktail because that's there signature item, it is great and delicious. I was in the mood to order a beer so I ordered myself a CHELADA, which is a Mexican style mug beer with lemon and salt. It was an excellent choice, highly recommend that if you are in the area definitely you must try

I've been there twice. The first time I had an order of tacos. I did like them but they are tiny and rather expensive. It seems like a trend in Texas, overpriced bite size tacos. The second time I went was for breakfast. I do not recommend it at all. I got the bacon and eggs and pancake special. The eggs were okay. The pancakes were too dry. The bacon was chopped into tiny, dried out pieces (not sure why). There was loud music (way too early) and they make liquados in a blender too close to the eating area so that was annoyingly loud too. Too many employees with some just hanging out talking. Just not a good dining experience but all easily fixed with right mgmt but what do I know :)

Ordered a skillet for 5 people and no bueno!! The had ice so they served our aguas frescas at room temp, all 5 baked potatoes were hard, and the beef was so tough! Very disappointing. The chicken and hot links were the only thing good.

Came by to have the Birria Tacos as the location was featured in my Facebook newsfeed. We decided to come by on a Sunday afternoon and the establishment was not packed, but not full, like 60% capacity. We were sat quick however it took a while to get our drink order and even longer to receive our drinks. Service was slow and the food was mediocre. I only wish it would have been better. There is definitely room for improvement on the food and the presentation. The tacos were birria style but we were not giving the accompanying birria juice to dip in. This will be a pass for me going forward.

Another option for Mexican food, however, this place adds a good option for a family friendly sit down location. Large tables and ample seating area. Parrilladas offer a great value for serving size and variety. They offer a unique twist to Mexican burritos, which I recommend... French fries with burritos!

Quesabirria tacos are amazing. The restaurant is nice and clean. The parking lot could use some work but aside that all is great

Ordered at drive thru. They only accept cash and cash-app. The total was a bit over $13. The young lady gave me the meal and I rendered payment $20, she then gave me what I thought was the difference of the total and my payment with $20 bill, I received $6 back. She walked away from the window, I blew my horn to get her attention to let her know money was still due to me. No one came to the window to assist me. I had to leave but called to let them know, I did not receive the correct funds back, they hung up on me. I called back to let them know, I didn't think it is right for the young lady to decide to keep the change. I will never patronize this place again. How can a business decide to keep your money?

They didn't have half the menu, including beer. On a Friday at lunch time. They had baked potatoes but no fries? Like what? lol The asada tacos were dry af. The birria tacos were ok. The only good thing at the place here was the red salsa.

Would definitely recommend!! The service was great, and food was so so good. I got birria quesatacos and an agua fresca de limon, it was freshly made and not store bought. I'm forsure going to come again!!

Traveled from the opposite side motivated by the hype sold by our Chip guy. Boy, was he wrong! Quesabirrias were soggy, loaded potato was more like a loaded jicama, and his tacos were flavorless. Not to mention prices...do yourself a favor, if you are spending $10 for some tacos, just go to taco tote! Their quality and technique is much better than gueros!
