I have a gal pal that is actually leaving the country and then will retire after her tour. I decided to get her something that will always remind her of El Paso and everything we have here. Ms. Eisen has fabulous pendants featuring the star on the mountain, and a "bead" the kind that goes on a bracelet- but they can be worn on a chain around the neck also. The bead showcases some of the places that El Paso is famous for. They come in silver and white and yellow gold, with three different sizes, so there is truly something for everyone's price point. They also gift wrap. Perfect!

Susan and her team did a great job on re-sizing my ring and fixing the clasp on my husband's necklace that he wears everyday. The only thing I'd have to say is that it is a little expensive to get your jewelry fixed here and it took a few days longer than they had told me it was going to be ready. Although, overall, it was still a good experience and our jewelry came out exactly as wished

If you really want a professional to help you find your next piece of jewelry, Susan is the best person for the job. She is attentive, friendly and very knowledgable! She makes you feel comfortable, and give you space to make your own decisions in colors, designs, etc. while at the same time she gives you options. We had a wonderful experience visiting the store for the first time and it wont be the last time!

Oh man.. so first off, years ago I sold engagement rings to Susan who really didn't seem to want to do business with me and tried to push me off to other pawn shops but did when I came back to her saying I had no better offers. I remember feeling like I was being brushed to the side and I was emotional during our interaction. This time around I thought that since they offer custom work, I'd try to see if I would have a better experience. I drove from the East side and parked directly in front of the store. I saw they were open but I decided to call before walking in to see if they could even do the service I wanted and because I had to get my baby out of the car. They sent me to voicemail so I then walked in to see if I could get assistance. The gentleman who was there on my first visit was behind a counter and ivy the receptionist? Appointment setter? was behind another counter and both were just sitting there (Keep in mind I just called and was sent to VM). I walk over to the gentleman, and tell him I'm looking to combine my two engagement rings as I bought them separately (one gold and one silver with different designs) but wanted them together for simplicity. Right off the back He says Susan isn't here working offsite and she would have to be the one to discuss customization and/or appraisals..I said cool that's fine. He gets out a magnifying glass checks the rings out and identifies the metals, then tells me they look like garnet and possibly weren't rubies but wouldn't know unless I paid for further inspection. I said okay that's fine. Then he repeated himself that he pretty much can't help me, Susan had to do it, and i would have to pay for specification and any future services (DUH I GOT IT). I then ask if they are any ruby rings I can take a look at. He says "Again, Susan would have to assist you as they are in the back and I don't have access to them AND people don't really ask/buy ruby rings. He tells me to make an appointment, motioning towards Ivy. At this point I'm like I should've just pulled out and drove back home when I got the VM. I didn't get any type of service besides "come back later I can't help you. Susan ain't here and I ain't getting the rubies in the back neither! ". I decided to talk to Ivy after being motioned to her multiple times to get an appointment. I ask her the availability and then I decided I mostly likely wouldn't have good customer service if I were to come back again and walked out.

They Had 15 minutes before they were to close. I drove quite a way! The guy just said "we are closed for the day!" 15 minutes before closing! No way I'll come back to this place.

If you are in need of watch repair head on down to Susan's to see her and Monica.I took my 21 year old seiko kinetic in to see if they could do anything with it and get it working againThis watch holds great sentimental value to me since my mom got it for me long ago. They eventually had to send it out to seiko but of course it made it back safe and sound and works like charm again. price was fair the service was excellent and Susan and Monica explained the whole process along the way and kept me updated on the status of the repairsThey have a great used and new watch and jewelry selection if you feel like checking it out they seem to be competitive on their prices . I'll be back to see them

Ms. Susan Eisen was wonderful to work with and kept me abreast on all offers I received when I took a ring in for consignment. Her staff is friendly and professional, the store atmosphere is welcoming, and all the jewelry is to die for. I can only hope when it's time for me to receive an engagement ring, its purchased from Susan Eisen where the quality is impeccable. Thank you Ms. Eisen for the business and knowledge you bring to our city!

This place is closed on Monday. It's a fine jewelry store and it should be fine. Make an appointment.

Amazing customer service. Shopped around and immediately returned to Susan Eisen. They have the best prices and offers in El Paso. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.

I called them and they had horrible customer service, they guy who answered the phone didn't even introduce him self, and when I asked for his name he was shocked like I had called him a name wish I could remember his name right now! then proceeded to state his name and ask for mine rudely, if that is your sales guy you need a new one. he said I would speak with Susan who owned the place, just wanted to get my Rolex cleaned and looked at, I guess that why Deutsch&Deutsch got my business rather then you folks.
