Surecare Specialty Pharmacy

I have been using Surecare for my Rx for about five years. They have been super helpful with consistently obtaining a specific formulary for my allergy medicine (without me needing to remind them; they keep a note on file.) They were even helpful when I needed a medicine compounded for my pet (a very small amount not easy to manually cut a standard pill into.)They are only open 9-6 M-F (no weekend hours.) But they do deliver and there is no or little wait when you pick up. I have never had more than two customers in front of me in five years.

Recently transferred my prescription to Surecare, great service, great experience. Looking forward to using their compounding service next.

3 weeks and numerous promises that prescription is to be delivered to find out today not even ready. Calls and voicemails never returned and if I did get someone on phone they had no idea what other person said or doing so a waste of time waiting for prescription and making doctor office look bad.
