Our outdoor sign looks great but the company didn't bother to tell us that when we ordered 14" letters, only 1 letter out of the 10 would be 14 inches due to the font. The sales person told us that the price included everything. We had to pay for an electrician to get the sign hooked up. Also they charged $150 to go get the permit and then another $66 for the permit itself. Being our first time buy a large sign I blame myself for being ignorant on the proper questions to ask, but Superior should have help a bit more as well. Be cautious.

Terrible customer service. Superior Installed and made my sign and one of our letters has been loose and turned to the side. Salesman or managers won't respond. Overcharged us and my light barely lights up at night time. Cheaply made and they hardly put any bulbs inside the sign. Would not recommend them.
